This is historic , cultured hotel is phenomenal. Centrally located in walking distance to so many popular places and two the convention center where we went to see the flower show. An easy walk from the Hyatt downtown. Went to DiBruno brothers again a very easy walk place is extremely clean. the rooms are clean the 19th floor for cocktails breakfast and lunch so so beautiful and so delicious breakfast is displayed so beautiful and there’s so many options and the girls are very accommodating.
We chose the Hyatt Bellevue for a two night stay. The location was ideal since we had tickets to The Nutcracker at the Academy of Music (located less than 2 blocks away). From arrival to check out, the staff at the Hyatt Bellevue was excellent. Kerry at the front desk checked us in early, welcoming us as Discoverist Hyatt members and provided a voucher for 2 complimentary beverages at the Nineteen (XIX) Bar and Lounge. The dinner (although expensive) and service at the Lounge was very good. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel opting to dine at the nearby IHOP. The next day, we were able to heat leftovers in the common area microwave located in the Ice Machine room. The hotel has a fitness room (no pool) located at the lobby level. The connected Sporting Club is under renovation (anticipated to reopen Summer 2023). Our junior suite overlooking the Conservatory was clean and well appointed. Overall a wonderful stay!…
I had an amazing stay at the Bellevue Hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Close proximity to downtown resturants and shopping. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in downtown Philadelphia on business or pleasure travel.
I had a wonderful time with my friends. We were there the a reunion and it was great. We had concerts for free drinks that we enjoyed. We loved the architecture of the hotel and the location. It was asking distance to great food and parks. We had some great ice cream close by. It was in close proximity to bars, clubs and brunch. Wonderful weekend we had. The time was spacious and I love the decor
The noise that was made by the staff outside of our room before 8am was ridiculous. Staff should be more mindful about their volume and their language that is being used. I wouldn’t spend all of that money again to stay at the Bellevue.
Decent size room for a city hotel. Had to ask twice for a bathtub and the hotel was empty! Limited breakfast menu. But offered two free drinks at the bar! $20 off breakfast! Friendly staff. Good luck with cation. Expensive overnight parking. Would probably return.
This location was once a grand place to start a visit in Philadelphia , however things have changed drastically . Let’s hope that the Hyatt steps up for the challenge of wowing guest again. Will I go again, sure, we all are off our game now and then.
We enjoyed staying this. The mall and shops were all closed and it’s “quiet”in the hotel overall. The hot restaurant was only open in the morning, the food was unfortunately not (Hyatt ) hotel grade yet (I personally love the hotel graded omelette but this was as ok level as my omelette at home - no exciting). The service was extremely slow too. Aside from that, no hectic, great location, very convenient to go to many areas easily. Heater was a bit noisy at night but overall, it was a very quiet -!: pleasant stay.
Everything was great. The hotel accomodated us with a cot since two double beds were not available. Check in was slow since they were dealing with a problem. Not enough staff at check in. Rooms were clean but no cleaning service and after two days they should have cleaned our garbage at least.
We had a lovely stay at the Bellevue for a special event. The rooms and hotel are beautiful. We had a few requests that were all taken care of immediately. The staff was polite and helpful. The ballroom is stunning!
