I'm so impressed by the staff at the Sheraton University City. From my immediate welcome at the front desk when I was having issues to every time I walked in the building. The staff was friendly and overwhelmingly accommodating. Special shout-outs to Teresa, Jackie, Sharon, Margaret, Danny and Chef Rodney. They made our mornings specials. The food was really good. I don't feel like I say that very often at buffet breakfasts. The same staff people were there to welcome us back with snacks and beverages (including wine and beer choices). This made the wait for the elevator (as most of the hotel was at the same conference and returning at the same time) so much better. Thank you so much!!

The hotel is a bit tired but in a great location. The people who work here are who make the hotel. The staff is so friendly and engaging. Every morning we had breakfast at the hotel before classes - Theresa, Margaret, Jackie, Sharon, Danny and Chef Rodney wished us a great day, asked if we needed anything, we’re positive and helpful. They were over the top awesome. I stay at a lot of hotel for business and this really made my day! Keep up the great work!

The hotel and staff were top notch. Before I arrived, Samatha helped me set-up payment with my recently comprised credit card. During my stay, all of the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. This included the catering staff of Teresa, Jackie, Margaret, Sharon, Danny who all made sure we were well fed and taken care by Chef Rodney’s creations.

Hotel location was perfect for a UPenn centered conference. While the floor my room was on needs some refreshing the staff of the hotel were so accommodating and friendly and the room was very clean and refreshed everyday that it did not bother me. - Special thank you to the staff who served our breakfast everyday with a smile: Teresa, Margaret, Jackie, Sharon, Danny and Chef Rodney. There was one other thing that is worth mentioning. We were a big conference with lots of people arriving at the same time to go up to their rooms so a long line would form by the elevators. But the staff figured out to provide wine and beer to the people waiting to get into their elevators that most forgot that they were waiting on line. Kudos to management and staff who made a logistics issue into a networking event…

Room was nice and clean. Loved the fresh water bottles every day and the fact that there was hand soap in the bathroom. Teresa, Margaret, Jackie, Sharon, Danny, and Chef Rodney were wonderful and so hospitable and attentive.

I recently attended a week long conference and stayed here. The entire staff was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. They greeted me at breakfast every morning and ensured that everything was well prepared. They supported all of the conference receptions and paid attention to every detail from the drinks and food to making sure the tables were clean. It truly made the week special and I want to personally thank - Margaret, Jackie, Theresa, Sharon, the chef - Rodney (all the food was delicious), Danny, Steve, Wanda, Brooke, Michael, Delores, William, Lateef, Tanaka, Garnett’s, and Amlak. Truly the best staff I’ve interacted with in a long time.

We visit this hotel often because of its convenient location to Drexel U and U Penn. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The high speed wired internet in the room allows us to work remotely. We use the TV as a second monitor with our laptop. The staff is very courtious and accommodating. The staff in the club lounge, Teresa and Margaret, are very friendly and keep the lounge clean and well stocked during breakfast. There are plenty of choices for nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner. In and out parking for a daily fee in the attached garage is great.

I love this hotel! Very friendly staff greeted you when you checked in. I was upgraded without even having to ask. The lounge at this hotel is wonderful and has great views. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Within walking distance of Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. This hotel will always be my first choice when I have to work at HUP.
