My wife and I had to stay here as our son was getting surgery at CHOP. The staff in particular Davida, and Sam at the front desk were amazing, caring, and empathetic. Our son's surgery ran into some complications and our 3 day ended up being 9 days. Davida, and Sam worked with us despite a full hotel to keep...

Hotel room was great. Very clean and comfortable. Centrally located. Go visit the egg station with Chef Michael in the club lounge. I genuinely looked forward to breakfast in the mornings because of it.

Excellent breakfast service by Chef Michael. The egg station is the highlight of the breakfast. Wonderful location to stay if you are visiting Drexel university or UPenn. The club rooms include complimentary breakfast. This room has an excellent view of Philadelphia.

Good location close to University of Pennsylvania. Friendly helpful staff. Hotel is a bit dated but in relatively good condition. In this particular stay would have ranked the hotel a 4+ for service and location, but a 1 or 2 for room cleanliness - Overall the room looked clean, but we checked in late and when finally ready to go...

The hotel is centrally located with a terrific panoramic view of the Philadelphia's skyline. The hotel is close to and host to wonderful restaurants. Indian, Chinese, Japanese sushi plus typical American cuisine within walking distance. The staff is knowledgeable about their city and keen to share. Rooms are quiet and dispite being in the heart of the city we (16th...

Finally got reserved in this hotel for my son's school activities. It's ridiculously expensive for these "busy" days while quite reasonable for the others. Room is legacy but clean and, nice. On the other hand, lifts are slow, crowded and hopeless when you're in a hurry. Front desk staffs ok to deal with while the cleaning crew is hectic. Overall it's...

My friend is on the heart transplant list at Penn and we were there for one of her regular check ups (like anything about a heart transplant is regular). We prefer to drive up the night before so she can be well rested for her early morning doctors visits. This time I got a suite at the Sheraton ... thinking...

Staff was super helpful and friendly, we ended up upgrading to a suite because of our family needs. The access this upgrade allowed us to the lounge was phenomenal. Breakfast was amazing, Chef Michael on the weekend was amazing!!! Best omelet. We were so happy with the kindness and extra help offered at each turn. Thank you!!!

From arrival to departure, every employee was charming, helpful, and focused on customer service. Taylor was especially sweet and set a high standard for my stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
