Our room was clean and tidy. Special thanks to Rita who went out of her way to assist. Unfortunately, when we checked in, and attempted to use the lounge, we found it in complete disarray, with trash on the floor and no refreshments left. Hopefully that is not a common scene, as this was a disappointing experience. On a positive note, we found the entire staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Stayed here for the Flower Show. Liked this place better than the downtown Marriott. While 5 blocks away from the convention center, which was a very easy walk, that was the only minus. Great location to museums on the parkway, reasonable self park under the hotel, fantastic gym facilities, recently renovated rooms, Marriott Concierge lounge, and a less crowded bar with good bar tender.

I always love staying here for my work trips. I really appreciate how well everyone takes care of flight crews. Your Crew lounge is top 5 in our network of hotels nation wide. The little things like, cute snacks, breakfast and an assortment of beverages. Really make our layover feel a little closer to home. Whom ever is in charge of curating the experience in any way, shape or form. Is greatly appreciated by all crews. I also want to give a big shout out to Jennifer Pease for keeping everything beautifully stocked and for the fun and professional conversation while I got ready for my day. Keep it up everyone. Not a fan of automatic “Gratuity Charges” that don’t match the quality of service for the service charge you think you are entitled to. Especially for a single guest dining alone? This would never happen at a Marriott.
