The hotel is located in the middle of everything. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly especially Ms. Mary from the concierge service. She recommended a lot of great places for sight seeing and food (yum!). She made our stay in Philly amazing. Will definitely stay in the Sheraton again here in downtown philly.

If it wasn't that the entire staff was so friendly and good at their jobs it would have made a good trip bad. The placement of the breakfast room just inside the out-of-doors made a pretty strong draft. Being picky but the dishes at the breakfast buffet were at the end of buffet instead of beginning. Toilet paper holders in...

The hotel is located by Logan Square, roughly less than a mile from the art museum and city hall. It was a great place to stay since we were able to get on foot everywhere throughout Philadelphia, including Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, Magic Gardens, etc. The hotel lobby was nice and the room was okay. Our room consisted of two...

We stayed at the Downtown Sheraton Hotel for a few days while we visited museums and galleries in Philadelphia. The hotel was just fine, room was comfortable and had all we needed. It was the staff who impressed us the most and this review is to let you know how exceptional each one was. Anton at the front desk answered...

Pretty nice lobby makes you think you have booked and extraordinary hotel but... that is not the case when you take the elevator. Corridors are dark and the carpet is old. The doors of the rooms are completely amortized and the room make you feel that is a two star motel. Hand washing sink was broken and so was the...

Wow what a beautiful property. We showed up a little early so our room was not quite ready. Amanda explained to us she would call us as soon as it was ready, so we decided to eat in their restaurant. Well they had a huge frat group in house that took over their lobby and restaurant. The staff seemed really...

Close to Center City offices, especially in north Center City. Right off the freeway. Nice view of City Hall. Friendly staff. Complimentary "USA today" newspaper. Comfortable bed. Warm heating. But the AC unit attached to the window was loud when turned on. Parking: park at the Gateway Parking next door, on 16th street. As close at the hotel parking and...

We stayed at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown Hotel on New Years Eve 2016. When we arrived at the hotel at 11:00 AM, there was only one person on line in front of us. However, it took 30 minutes before I was able to speak with a receptionist. Their service was inefficient, disorganized, and slow. Although the line continued go grow...

My wife and I stayed here early October. This place is just another hotel. It has a big lobby with a restaurant, and lots of floors with lots of rooms. There's nothing about this hotel that stood out to us. The room did have a pretty cool view given the fact that we were on the top floor. Nothing to...

Hubby and I trekked up to Philadelphia for New Year's Eve. For the price ($207 a night) I thought these would be great accommodations. I understand the prices were inflated due to the holiday, but this room was unacceptable. We wanted a hotel within walking distance or a quick uber ride to the restaurant where we had reservations. The only...
