I spent 3 nights on a business trip at the Logan. Pluses are: location (downtown, close to many great historic and tourist spots, safe); modern; functional rooms with safe box; good dining options on the first floor; good facilities (pool, gym). Minuses: cleanliness has ample room for improvement, especially on the corridors and gym; would be great if shower curtains didn't have that moldy smell; staff was average. I was very disappointed that they were not able to recover my phone charger that I forgot in the room, although they promised to do it and they also had plenty of time to get it from my room. Anyway, for the price you pay, I say it's OK mostly for the location and the convenience it brings but don't hold your breath for much of everything else and definitely don't forget anything in your room, you'll not see it again. …

We stayed in The king James Logan suite for a family wedding. The suite is spacious and really nice. The pool table got a lot of use by adults and kids. It was a great place for our family together and socialize. The little kitchen area has a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a Keurig, a teeny tiny ice bucket and a bunch of cabinets that don’t have handles so they are extremely difficult to get open. There are no utensils or dishware. There is not a garbage can either and I suggest you bring several garbage bags with you. There is an ice machine just a couple doors down so that was handy. The view of the fountain outside from the room was really great. The hotel was not offering daily housekeeping service, I guess because of Covid. This was annoying. After three days the garbage was really building up and we had no clean towels. They did not offer any clean towels or linens. They finally agreed to clean our room after we insisted but made sure to let us know that it was being done as a special favor. This seems ridiculous considering the price tag of this room. Great experience from the moment I stepped in. The hotel is large, but designed so there are intimate areas inckuding the water feature and outdoor space. Gym/pool were top notch. The staff were friendly especially Samirah who checked me in and out. Clean and historic part of the city.

I'm upset about my stay at The Logan by Hilton in Philadelphia. We stayed for four nights, and it wasn't good at all. Even though Hilton Hotels usually have a good name, our experience here was really bad. And we paid $700 each night! When we first walked into the rooms, we saw broken glass on the floor. This is really dangerous and shows that they didn't clean well. The toilet was dirty too, which was gross. We paid more money to have a balcony in our rooms, but we couldn't even open the door to get out there. They sent an engineer to fix it, but he couldn't. So, we paid extra for something we didn't get to use. We tried to call room service and housekeeping many times, but no one ever answered the phone. We even went to the front desk to ask for a dental kit, but they never brought it. The housekeeping manager said she would fix all the problems, but after she came, we still found broken glass in our room. This shows they really don't care about keeping us safe. The worst part was that we found half-eaten snacks in our drawers. These were left by the last person who stayed in our room. This is very unclean and makes me question how well they clean the rooms. We had a really bad time at The Logan by Hilton. We paid a lot of money, and the service was really bad. If you're thinking about staying here, I would think twice. We stayed from 10th to 14th May 2023 and had 2 rooms!…

My mom & I recently stayed overnight while celebrating a birthday. From being greeted by 2 friendly/helpful gentleman to having an early check-in, to a room with an amazing fountain view. Elijah truly went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. He answered all of my moms (many) questions with kindness. The view from the Assembly Bar & (our drinks) were incredible! Truly, our only complaint was that we were only staying for one night. Highly recommend!

This Hotel was simply fantastic! It was right in the middle of all the museums, especially the Franklin Institute which the wife and I saw the Disney 100th Exhibit. It was also close to Chinatown, and the Reading Market which was only a short walk away. The room at the hotel was clean, and the service was good. It was a perfect place to stay in Philadelphia.

From the moment we were greeted by Samirah at the front desk, we knew we were going to be well cared for at this location. She helped us upgrade our room to one with a balcony on a high floor which made our stay extra special. We were here for a conference and couldn’t be more delighted at the hotel choice. They’re even let friendly, so we brought our one year old pup. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. Thanks, Samirah and staff, we will be back.

Came here for my birthday and I literally cannot wait to come back later this summer. Rachel and Samirah at the front desk made me feel so welcome as soon as I came in, and all the other staff made my stay perfect as well! They were quick to respond when we called down for things, the valet people were also so friendly and professional! Our room was super clean and had a great view of the fountain. I got a massage at the spa as well and that was amazing! I just had an all-around wonderful time and plan to stay at this hotel the next time I feel like treating myself!

This hotel is elegant. The service is outstanding, no matter where you are in the hotel or which service you are accessing. The view from the restaurant and the suites is of Logan Square, complete with a fountain and colorful flowers. If you can, request one of the suites at the end of the hall where the view is the best. The central location makes many of Philadelphia's significant activities easy to reach, with the Franklin Institute just across the Square. If you opt to eat somewhere other than the hotel restaurant, there are many choices within walking distance.
