I had a business situation to deal with and had to stop in Philadelphia. I called and spoke with "Paula" front desk staff at this hotel. She definitely went over and beyond her job of duties to assist me and I never stayed at this property. As I watched her do her job she was very pleasant with everyone that...

Located next to the cemetery where Ben Franklin is buried, this hotel is in a great location for tourists: 2 blocks from the liberty bell and most tourist areas are walking distance. Good restaurants on Market street are also nearby. The small breakfast buffet has little variety. Bathroom had a partially-plugged sink and a dirty shower curtain. Parking garage is...

This hotel is the perfect location for first time visitors to Philadelphia. Betsy Ross's house and Ben Franklin's grave are right around the corner, and Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell are an easy 10 minute walk. It is also near stops for various Hop On, Hop Off buses; we used these for getting to know the city and for...

At check in we were given a horrible small room next to a stairwell wreaking of urine. The room was much smaller than described without a microwave or king size bed as described on the booking site. I let the front desk know and we moved to a nice large suite. Still no great on cleanliness though. Thanks for the...

In on business, location was awesome, staff all above helpful. Rooms were small and dated - bed was very comfortable -bathroom needed some help. Did not eat - had a drink at bar - bartender was great. Wouldn't mke it a point to not stay here, or stay here.

We stayed here for one night. The lobby is renovated, decorated with modern taste, and is clean. The actual guest rooms are spacious but outdated and worn down. The bathroom has a grundgy feel. There was mold on the shower tiles. It has the basics you need, but nothing special. The walls are SO thin, you can hear the people...

The hotel location was very convenient, rooms were very clean, however the 2 ladies at the Front Desk were not helpful and did not provide simple answers to simple questions, and seemed bothered by us asking. I experienced this when I called prior to our visit & again during our visit. For this reason, I'm not sure if we will...

Dear Trip Advisor Member, Thank you for your feedback. My apologies for the delay in service during your breakfast. It was good to see that LaKinda, your server, felt empowered enough to buy your breakfast due to the delay. As for the cost of breakfast and parking I think that you would find our prices very comparable if not less...

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the historic district so it’s within walking distance of all the major sights. The front desk staff was extraordinarily helpful, particularly with the many dining options in the area. Although they have a printed list of about 60 restaurants in the area, they took their time to help us narrow it...
