Hotel's Favourite
This was my first time staying at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and attentive. The location was very convenient - on Market Street within a five minute walk to City Hall, across the street from Reading Terminal and the Convention Center and a ten minute walk to Liberty Bell and Constitution Hall. Hotel was packed with conventioneers and conference goers, but the room was quiet. I didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant, but I had coffee at the lobby coffee stand and it was good and fresh. So yes, stay here. I recommend this hotel.

The city has an awful homeless and junkie problem. Not a safe and clean city whatsoever. I would recommend avoiding this city. The hotel was fine, but honestly, the per night cost is highway robbery given its immediate surroundings. Go to an island, go to country. Stay away from cities, Period. 2 stars for the environment that it is in and that one has to deal with after spending a fortune.

Great location for downtown Philly events. Don’t be in a hurry, elevators were fantastically slow. Parking garage was chaos. Room was fairly nice. I would return only if I didn’t have other options. Staff was friendly and courteous. Lobby bar was a happening.

Location was great, easy walking distance from the convention center and Reading Terminal Market. Impressed with the gym, it had a variety of equipment and free weights. Also, the staff were friendly and accommodated my request for early check-in/late check-out easily.

Dropped into this luxury with soft towels and robes to relax at the end of long conference days. I appreciated the ability to order food late when we got back. The staff were all friendly and helpful, willing to help.

Clean facilities, great staff and awesome views. The Pool and Fitness center are among my favorite amenities here, Front desk staff were very attentive and kind. Check out was a breeze and the hotel is within walking distance to local eateries.

Second time at Loews and just as good as the first time! The Bar is simply excellent and the staff there are phenomenally good. Very impressed with all the recommendations and snacks and also the food. Best hotel bar I have been to in a whiles!

Very helpful, friendly, professional staff and clean all around. The location is convenient to everything. I am not much of a traveler and they made it very nice. The evening parking attendants were so helpful upon my late arrival, made me feel secure.

One night stay for event in Philadelphia. Arrived at 4:30pm, 30 minutes after 4pm guaranteed check-in. Was not issued room until 6:10pm, after had departed for off-site event. Only recourse was to have spa access for use of showers and locker room facilities, but was not issued room key required to enter spa. Once finally admitted to spa by randomly passing by staff member, locker room facilities were inundated by other guests also unable to access their rooms, rendering facilities overwhelmingly crowded and nearly impossible to use.
