Check-in was fast and painless, we came in on Thursday. This was a quick trip planned months in advance. I wrote in my notes when I booked that I would like a higher floor, that request was not granted. When we got to the floor the halls smelled like weed. Yes this is a non smoking hotel. I asked to be moved but I was told that there was no King room available. By day 2 of my stay I asked for house keeping, just to clean the garbage and clean towels. I can make up my bed myself. I called 3 times no answer, I seen house keeping across the hall and asked if my room could be clean and she said "she will let them know" no one ever showed. I had to go to the manager and when I came back to the room clean towels were put in the bathroom however the pile of dirty towels I left for them to take was still there. Garbage in room and bathroom still in room. Complaining to the manager didn't make any difference. They charge $13 per night if you park with them but the level to "secure parking" area wasn't working and no sign was even placed to let people know. This will be my last time staying in this hotel. I'm very disappointed.…

Hotel's Favourite
This was a great hotel to stay in when my flight was unexpectedly canceled and I was stranded in Philadelphia by myself. The staff were all very friendly, their complimentary shuttle service was great, and the room felt clean and safe. If you need a place to stay near the Philadelphia airport I highly recommend this hotel.

This was a terrible night of sleep. Paper thin walls, worn and dirty carpet. Kids running throughout the property and rude front desk staff. I could have slept better at a Motel6. I didn’t feel safe in this hotel and will not return.

Everything was good except the sink was totally clogged and we didn’t have time to move to another room or wait for a plumber since we arrived late and were leaving very early in the morning. Otherwise I would have given it a five star.

This place is great for the long term parking when you stay a night and choose that package. We had. an early morning flight out of PHL so it made sense for our family of 4. The rooms are very outdated and the bathroom is extremely small. But the beds are good and comfy, you get what you pay for for sure. The restaurant players is over priced, the least expensive bottle of red wine was Josh Pinot noir and it goes for $60, but with the $30 room credit with hhonors that helps lol. All in all I would stay there again, the gym was pretty good too

Enjoyed stay at Doubletree at Philly Airport. Front desk supervisor was knowledge about the airport and stuff to do in the area. Bartender was knowledge and the drinks were superb! First time here. Definitely the place to stay if traveling thru the Philly Airport.

I travel a lot for business, 3 times a year I stay at this property. The staff makes this hotel a great experience, When you arrive and the front desk remembers you that is very important, when the house keeper see's you and says we love you, your the clean one. It really makes you feel at home

This place is nasty and is in dire need of a renovation/upgrade. The only benefit is that you are super close to PHL airport. Stayed here for one night before our morning flight and that was more than enough. Room was dirty with food on the floor near the fridge. Stains on everything - sheets, comforter, chair, towels. Parking was 13.75 overnight which wasn't bad. Charged for everything including coffee. I had two rooms under diamond status and they only gave $15 credit per room even though we had two people in each room - technically should have received $30 per room (15 per person). I wish I would have checked these reviews before booking!!!

We stayed here for the sleep nd park option. Thus is great for early flights out of PHL. Darlend at the front desk was wonderful. Check in easy and she recommended the cheesestake at thd sports bar. It was downhill from there. The room was cold set the thermostate up snd went to eat. Hot to the dports bar and the first thing the waiter said was we are out of cheesesteak and french fries. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with chips. We were brought someone elses order. Sent it back and got our order. Cheeseburgers were over done and not good. My martini and my wifes wine were OK. Bill comes ($$$) should have gone to McDonalds down the road. Back to the room, still cold but got right in bed to get up at 4:00 for the flight. My wife got up ran into shower (good water pressure, hot water) to get warm. Upon check out suggested to clerk heat may not be working. He said we should have called last night. Probably should have but figured room was just taking time to warm up. Shuttle driver to airport was friendly and helpful (shuttle runs every 1/2 hour). Made sure everyone got to the correct terminal. …

Arrived at midnight and the desk clerks were all smiles. A welcome to a beautiful and clean suite with a comfortable bed. I did have to wait 45 min. for the shuttle though. Breakfast was delicious.
