I stayed in the hotel for a few days while attending a nearby conference. I was first stuck by the size of the suite. TWO coat closets, a complete kitchen suite with a full fridge, a walk in closet for hanging clothes....it felt practically palatial. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I got lucky with a window view of Cret and Levy Park. The TV allows logging into your own Netflix and YouTube accounts. The hotel itself has two restaurants; during my stay, I ate at the Irish pub (Con Murphy's) and would recommend a meal there (Shepherd's Pie with lamb was excellent). The location is a short Uber jump away from several sightseeing locations such as the Liberty Bell; places like the Museum of Art might be walkable in decent weather. "Love Park" is almost around the corner. Windsor Suites is the first hotel that I've stayed at that advertised a partnership with Instacart. if you're willing to pay the cost, you can get that fridge stocked! I should mention the customer service was really top notch -- always friendly and smiling and very willing to help. Now onto a few criticisms. The bathroom was the only part of the suite that had its share of wear (bottom of door had some water damage, a few chips in the tub). It wasn't until my second shower that I figured out why I was only getting a very warm shower instead of a hot one (you need to turn the middle knob to the left, push the safety button, THEN turn further). There is no convenience offerings inside the hotel, and instead they have vending machines on just the twelfth floor. Like some other hotels, the plugs in the lamps etc are positioned in such a way that certain power bricks won't fit, like Apple chargers. Perhaps collectively this might have cost it half a star, but 4.5 rounds up to a well deserved 5. Windsor Suites is a highly recommended hotel and one I could imagine staying at again. …

I booked my stay through booking.com at the Windsor weeks ago. I got confirmation emails. I was charged 3 days before my stay. At 3am on the day of my reservation, the Windsor sent me an email stating everything was ready for my stay. I received an email at noon, that the hotel could not accommodate my reservation. The hotel had overbooked and had to cancel my reservation. Booking.com recommended another hotel and claimed they could pay up to $130 in the cost difference AFTER i pay the amount in full. This inconvenience pretty much ruined our weekend gateway. Windsor shouldn't have been confirming me all the way up to a few hours before check in. My family of 4 had plans in the area which were all ruined when we found out we could not stay at this location. The pictures are pretty but it was pretty awful telling my small children what had happened and why we couldn't stay.…

It's tough to find a good place to stay as a family of 5, so thrilled to discover Windsor Suites. The 2 bedroom had plenty of room for us. Location was outstanding. Excellent gym, lovely staff, comfortable beds, strong showers. Texting the front desk for extra towels etc. was very convenient.

This is my second time staying here at the Windsor and I couldn't be happier! Upon arrival (and well before) Benjamin had everything perfect! Lovely staff and accommodations. Will return every trip to Philly and not book anywhere else. I manage a hotel myself and every business could use a representative like Benjamin to greet you. He was integral to everything planned and even had things prepared for my husband after his long flight who arrived after I did. From cleanliness to the staff, you cannot go wrong with the Windsor!

Guests stayed at the Windsor Suites for my daughter's wedding. We had about 25 rooms. The hotel was in a great location, the rooms were nice, with much more space than most city hotels. The team was very helpful from the time we worked with them to set up the block of rooms through the end of our stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
