We arrived for MEA weekend. The rooms heat Inthink was turned on when we got there...someone ran up and turned it on donut was all cold. Half alive flys in the room. It was mostly clean however. TINY bathroom in our family lofted unit. The lifted idea is nice but no outside access. Our door did not lock. We told... More

Well for one thing, there is no refrigerator or microwave so you're on your own. Also the restaurant seems to be permanently closed. As for the extras in the room, I thought it might be cable or something...not...it was rodents. Two consecutive nights there were rodents eating the garbage. Tub was clogged and took an hour to drain each night.

The room smelled like smoke, smelled like smoke the whole night. Couldn't breathe, woke up sick. If the didn't have a non smoking room, they should have told me a head of time. The clerk was road to my boyfriend,I have asthma, so being in this room, made me really sick.

I was skeptical about this place, but boy did they prove me right! One of the worse hotels I've ever stayed in. The front staff were friendly, but the cleaning ladies were rude and looked strung out (sorry). Bed sheets were stained and floors were dirty and our lamp had no light bulb smh.

Geez Louise what a dump. Dirty and noisy with ancient furniture and Lord knows what else. I think Mr Patel rents rooms by the hour. Do not bring your kids here please. I know its cheap but a big mistake on my part.

It needs renovations badly. When people down the hall closed the doors I can hear the doors slam so loudly that it kept me up all night. The beds were also ver squeaky. On the website it advertised free breakfast and wifi for the rooms with king sized beds. By breakfast they meant a donut and cup of coffee and/or... More

I had placed a business associate in this dump. When I picked him up the following morning, he had his bags packed and I had to place him elsewhere. The room smelled stale, plus the tub fixtures were unusable so he couldn't take a morning shower. So I took him to the Regency on the boulevard about 4 miles north... More

Recently stayed at the dive across the street from the Roosevelt for two days. That was a Wednesday and Thursday. Was going to stay another night on Friday but the place was a madhouse. People running up and down the hallway, smoking weed and crack. I left there and went to the Roosevelt. The place was 20$ more then the... More
