If you want to sleep next to a motorcycle racetrack stay her over a weekend. Cities are noisy but this is unbelievable. Won’t be staying here again. Hard to believe that Philadelphia can’t control this . If you are deaf then it is ok , reasonably comfortable bed and clean.

Convenient hotel that has been updated. Rooms are small but modern. Shout out to Anja who put our room next to our friends’ room without us having to ask so the girls could get ready together for the Taylor Swift concert! So nice, especially since the hotel was crowded because of the concert and graduations. I would stay here again.

Great hotel in a prime location. A perfect base for our flying visit to Philadelphia. Loved having a corner room but the connecting door did mean that noise from our neighbour leaked through when she was having a phone conversation. Thankfully it didn't last too long.

First I called on Friday night before arriving on Saturday May 6 2023. I spoke with Selena about an early check in because I had an event to attend at 2pm and I was also traveling with my 5 month of grandson. Selena was very polite and noted my account for the early check out n. I arrived on Saturday and I didn’t have any problems at all. The front desk staff were very friendly. I came back to the front desk later that evening to see Selena in person and once again she was very pleasant. She gave me some very helpful tips that helped me get around the city that evening. I wish every hotel I’ve stayed in had a Selena.

The aloft was centrally located which made it easy to walk to multiple things. Valet parking was a bit pricey so I opted for the garage across the street. Rooms are on the snug side but it had everything I needed and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Gym was well equipped and the stay was quiet and comfortable. Absolutely would stay again on my next trip to Philadelphia.

We visited Aloft hotels, downtown Philadelphia and had a wonderful experience. Will, who was working the front desk, was fantastic! He spent time on arrival to go over all the areas/highlights of Philadelphia (the hotel is in the perfect location to experience all of Philly from the Reading market, Liberty Bell to the Basilica - very walkable) as well as the metro (right at City Hall a block away) to get to the baseball game. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Our train came in early, and he was able to accommodate us with a room (which was wonderful). Overall, we highly recommend Aloft Hotels and Will and Sabria (who helped us on our last day) made our stay! Our room was clean, and bed was so comfortable. The shower and amenities perfect. I wont be returning. I arrived @ 4:00 for check-in, but room wasn't ready. That screwed up my entire evening. I had to leave luggage and proceed with my plans without changing clothes from my day's travels. They have reusable shampoo / conditioner / soap bottles, (OK good, less waste) but the conditioner wasn't full. What hotel doesn't have a coffee machine in the room?? No ice machine?! Just baggies full of ice that I had to carry multiple bags up to my room...just wow. The stupid bed baseboard extends beyond the mattress. I banged my shin on it multiple times. Very painful. I'm a CHOICE member but will never stay aloft again.

We are travel agents and won a trip to Philadelphia, staying at the Aloft. The hotel is perfectly positioned to take advantage of all the sights and events available in this great city. Reading Terminal market is just around the corner, great for breakfast and Pearl's Clam Chowder is outstanding! Our room was a good size, great view from the 16th floor windows. Comfortable beds, fridge in the room and a coffee maker. We heard no sound from other rooms at all. Reception staff were very helpful. Great central hotel for a visit to Philly.

My stay at the Aloft Downtown Philadelphia was great! And a big reason for that is the lovely lady at the reception called Selina. After a 18+ hour travel day where multiple things went wrong I was welcomed by Selina, she had an amazing calmness to her that made me feel very welcome. Later on that night my clumsiness got the best of me and Selina was so quick to think with me of ways to help solve my issue that I was to tired to think of. The day after me and my colleagues were wondering where to go for dinner, and again as the amazing host Selina is, she printed out multiple pages of restaurants and pointed out her favourites to us. And let me tell you… we had the best dinner in Philly to date! Today I ended up having an issue with my room. When I spoke to Selina she was so quick to help me out again which was amazing. She was able to change and upgrade my room which was incredible! I am so grateful that she was here to make my stay so great, she really went above and beyond for me and I am sure for many others that are staying at the Aloft. When you are working in events things can get very hectic, and all you need is to come back to your hotel and be able to relax, especially if things don’t go as planned. She really made sure that that happened and I am so grateful for that. Tonight we are trying another one of her recommendations. So again thank you so much to Selina and the rest of the Aloft team for making this stay so great!…

The stay was a pretty disappointing one overall. The location of the property is very good. Lobby is also pretty nice. However the hallway is dark and feels more like a two star hotel. I was given a low floor unit looking out to the AC unit despite being a gold member. Also parking is egregious at 61 a night.
