Really enjoyed a recent two-night stay at the Sonesta. The staff are excellent - very helpful and friendly. The hotel feels very hip - all decorated in reds, grays and blacks. Rooms are very comfortable with very nice amenities. I will agree with another reviewer that the rooms could use better soundproofing. While I didn't hear any moaning and groaning,...

Just got back from a 2 night stay in Philly. The Sonesta looks like it was recently renovated. A red, black, white and gray theme extends throughout the hotel. The elevator corridor off the main lobby is primarily black, as our the elevators and floors. With artsy lighting, it feels a bit like a Halloween party when the elevator doors...

The Sonesta is a great mid-level hotel. The entry and downstairs is very nice and hip. The rooms however seem a bit dated. The water pressure in the shower was good, but it took literally 5 minutes for the water to get warm enough for me to enter the shower. Finally once the water was too hot, I tried to...

The staff here were warm, welcoming and very helpful. I was here for a meeting - unfortunately the room was very sparse - felt like a Motel 6 with a better bed. The meeting rooms were ok, but again, not what I would expect in a hotel at this cost point. Took forever to get my car from the valet...

I really enjoyed my stay here. I am usually pretty picky with 5-star reviews, but the staff were so incredibly kind and helpful that I have to give this hotel a 5. One night the printer broke and I think 3 or 4 staff members all went out of their way to make sure I was able to print out...

So I paid for my room for one evening for my elderly mother and I well over $200 and was awakened by moaning and groning from my neighbor. We only stopped bc my mom takes medication for a heart condition that causes the need to be grounded for about 10 hours or so. I called security 3x to address the...

The staff does an exceptional job, but the hotel rooms are truly a three star especially in the amenities. The hallway to the elevator on the main floor is dark and dingy. Excellent location but it truly is a 3 star. I would recommend it for the location visiting risk management Associates since it is across the street.

The Sonesta always has a welcoming staff and great rooms with comfortable beds! My favorite is in the evenings when they put out pretzels or other snacks in the lobby! Such a great treat after a long flight!

Very modern, clean, comfortable room in perfect condition. Centrally located and within walking distance to downtown attractions and shopping. Friendly, courteous staff. Valet available on site. Even though there is a cost; it eliminates parking in town which is very difficult. Overall our stay was a wonderful experience! Definitely recommend!
