I had a great stay. This hotel has amazing beds! The pillows are the best I have ever had! If stealing wasn't a crime I would have taken two. :) But the staff told me the website so I can purchase my own. I loved my stay.

Stayed at the Sonesta while visiting Philadelphia for the first time. In town for baseball and sight seeing. The location of this hotel was ideal. Near subway transit which was critical for getting to the sports complex area, a simple straight run. Business section of downtown, safety was not a concern. Close to tourist attractions and transit. The evening Bellman...

Chose it for the location to my meeting. Really not that bad so met what I sort of expected. Thought the hotel could use a makeover especially the halls. Mattresses are due for replacement. Will try other close by next time for comparison.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Sonesta for a girl's trip. I did not pick the hotel,my friend got it on Priceline as a luck of the draw. Pros: The hotel was quite beautiful and I found this to be its best quality. I had read they've recently spent a ton of money renovating it and the result...

The room was nice and clean with modern interior. The hotel was within walking distance from my venue (Mütter Museum) and most inner city sights. The staff was helpful and unintrusive. I enjoyed my stay.

Even with all the "madness" of the city while the Pope was in town, the Sonesta Philadelphia was a good choice. Great location...walked to everything and close to transportation. The Sonesta gave out arm bands to their guests to insure only hotel guests were allowed into their hotel. We felt very safe during our stay. Two "cons" on this trip.....the...

Our two night three day stay in Philadelphia was wonderful. The staff at the front desk and...

The pros of this hotel was that it was very clean and the staff was pleasant, but I will not stay here again nor would I recommend staying here if you actually plan on sleeping. The first impression was, is this the right hotel??? The staff is friendly and accommodating , but the fuchsia walls and carpet black hallways and elevators weird!
