The bartender, Kevin, was an amazing host and server. He knew exactly what we wanted before we even knew. His drinks were incredible and he made us feel at home! I was surprised by a hotel bar that brought a crowd and made everyone feel comfortable!
This is our second stay at Cambria suites. From the front desk to maintenance, they always look out for us ! Anything we needed they were right here to assist us with. We will keep coming back, and the lobby bar is a great vibe !
Excellent customer service and Kim actually even went out of her way to help me with a wardrobe issue as I was leaving for a wedding!!! That kind of service is rare these days so thank you so much! We will be back!
Great location right in the center of Philadelphia. I self parked a the Doubletree hotel across the street for $35.00 overnight. Our room faced the back and was quiet. Modern decor. Fridge, K cup brewer, and microwave provided. Hard floor. The only real issue was the sliding door to the bathroom was sort of jammed open. Blackout drapes made room pretty dark, but not totally dark. A desk was separated from the sleep area by a partition. TV was at a odd angle from the bed.
Highly recommend Cambria Hotel Philadelphia for your next event. We hosted a corporate event here last week and the overall experience was amazing! The hotel meeting space and lobby bar area were both lovely. The food was delicious with a wonderful selection and plentiful. From the planning of the engagement , down to the finish, the entire staff here was exceptional! Can't say enough about the customer experience the whole Cambria team delivered to make our event fantastic. Thanks to the whole team: Deja (the event planner), Maurice (the general mgr), George (the food & beverage manager) , Monty (A/V manager) Kim (server and bartender), and Anthony (bartender). Thank you all!
Hotel was in a great location and front desk was very nice but I don’t recommend valet parking. The attendant working Friday nights is very rude and not helpful…. Don’t pay for valet, park at a neighboring garage. When we left on Sunday they were friendlier but had a long wait, only negative was the parking situation
Reasonably priced center city hotel close to many accommodations. Check in service was ok and house keeping service was below par. We were exhausted and starving so we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant instead of looking around. Food was delicious and service was good. Try the wings! George was very welcoming and nice. Overall recommend this hotel.
This hotel is located close to everything within walking distance we were greeted kindly be aware though no daily housekeeping service you have to call for towels or anything you need it was nice that it has a nice shower after a long dau of walking it was needed
Got a good price online (Hotwire) and was just what I needed. Clean room and hotel in general. Nice bathroom and shower & had view of Broad street. Felt safe. The lobby is one level up so you enter on ground level and work past the NPCs on their phones ( not sure if security or who they were). A bit unwelcoming as one enters for first time as there’s a sign that points you upstairs to check in….
Great valet people and nice rooms, fluffy pillows, clean and comfortable beds as well. Close to alot of activities and yummy restaurants. Valet people were really kind and helpful. Overall we were very happy here
