The building used to be a YMCA so it’s a fun and unique space. The decorations are great, too, and the rooms are comfortable! The hotel is within walking distance to many fun things and restaurants. They have an awesome bar with friendly staff, too!

Wonderful central location for teen granddaughters. Quick service by room staff for extra towels and bath amenities. Twisted ankle (or so I thought until I got home 3 weeks later and learned I'd been walking 5 miles a day on a break) on city sidewalk. Staff settled me on restaurant banquet with bags of ice and a wheelchair to keep...

I was looking forward to the stay here because I read it was a nice hotel. We got the room for a great price at the AAA rate and it was easily accessible to the Convention Center and Reading Terminal Market. However I was a little disappointed in the stay. First, our room did not have a tub, only a...

Ifeist Thank you for taking time to write about us in your first review. I appreciate that you took time to read other reviews and then chose our hotel. We do have a great location for walking. I apologize that you weren’t thrilled with expense or portions in room service. Our food is great but one of the cool things...

I recently stayed with my boyfriend for two nights/three days. It's in a prime location as you can walk to essentially every tourist destination. The hotel is clearly meant for business travelers but, was still pleasant for our trip. However I wouldn't suggest using the hotel for a family vacation. The rooms have all of your essentials and is of...

Ficken, Thank you for sharing your experience. I am delighted you enjoyed our great location, friendly bartenders and mostly your recommendation for a weekend getaway. I’m not certain what happened with your mini bar, though I suspect someone attempted to use it as a refrigerator for which it is not designed. We strive to deliver a 5 star visit for...

This hotel was awesome! We got it through hotels.com at a rate of $150 per night. It was boutique like, swanky decor, with clean rooms and the staff was very accommodating. In order to use the elevator you have to put your room key in a slot which added an element of security and safety to our stay. We stayed...

Excellent renovation of old building, keeping the interesting aspects and updating everything else. Nice bar in lobby center stage when you walk in, and modern rooms with all the amenities. Staff were very cordial and although in primarily business area, close to most attractions.

Plus they upgraded me because of my status for Starwood. We ere given a superior suite which meant we have an extra sitting room area. Rooms Again we were upgraded so we have...

We recently stayed at Le Meridien Philadelphia from 6/28 till 7/4. Our reason for visit was related to our daughter surgery at the local hospital. Given our situation it seemed like entire hotel staff made their best effort to make our stay utmost comfortable. We sincerely appreciate the efforts made by the staff and specially want to thank Mike, Misha,...

The Staff and services were superb from the moment I pulled up to the curb. The Bellman, Guest Services staff, and Housekeeping went above and beyond. I run a Hotel so I'm always looking for ways another property can improve their performance. Great job and thank you Jessica for the upgrade.

I decided to give the Le Meridien a try with some of my usual hotels in Philly booked or overpriced, and liked it but not enough to jump ahead of my mainstays. It's centrally located right by City Hall, although while walking back to my room after dinner each night, you do encounter a few of Philly's homeless in the...

Petertom, Thank you for trying our hotel and sharing your feedback. I am delighted you enjoyed our central location across from City Hall and Love Park. Our hotel does have a non-traditional arrival that is unique. When we rescued this historic building from the wrecking ball, there were many things that limited our flexibility on the first 3 floors. One...
