Another great few days for work in a fabulous hotel with floor to ceiling windows in the comfortable guest rooms and the most stunning swimming pool on the 57th floor. The restaurant again has spectacular views.
Four Seasons is always one of my favorites and it won't let you down. This time is a corner suite. It's really nice and reminded me of the one in downtown nyc. Really appreciate Ei from front desk and Dominic from room service. It is a good experience. Four season can provide you the high-end level of service. They help me clean up my Adidas 4D which is a white sport shoes. Dominic provides extraordinary service. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is going to visit philadelphia.
This hotel is amazing. The service is great. They offer great turndown service. The room is beautiful, modern and spacious. The views are amazing, from the elevator ride up all the way to the rooms. I very much enjoyed my stay.
The Four Seasons is a beautiful new hotel with excellent service. The lobby and restaurant/bar are stunning. The location is good, not quite as central as the main cluster of hotels but still very walkable, and they have a house car that will take you anywhere within a 1.5-mile radius. The room itself is pretty basic, and minimally furnished. The floor to ceiling windows give a gorgeous view, and make it feel light and airy. Positives include a comfortable bed, good bedside tables with lights and power outlets, coffee maker, and we had pretzels and beer to welcome us. The bathroom had lots of counter space, a makeup mirror, scale, good lighting and a good hairdryer. The ladder-style towel rack leaning against the wall provided a convenient spot to dry hand laundry. There was decent closet space, but almost no drawer space, just one small drawer in the closet (the other was occupied with the safe.) No luggage rack either, so I put my suitcase on the ottoman to use it as a drawer. This could be rectified with more useful bedside units including drawers for clothing. The other difficulty was a wonky electrical/lighting system – ceiling lights and wall sconces are on one circuit, so it’s all or nothing, which is annoying, and the electronic “do not disturb” sign seemed to occasionally turn itself on or off. We began watching it closely after not getting housekeeping one day because it was on, and we found it acting up again another time or two. But overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.…
I book at 5* hotels to make my life easier, not more difficult. Very frustrated that their check in time was 3pm and it’s now 4:15 and I’m still waiting for my room. In advance, I let them know I’d be checking in at 3pm, this wasn’t a surprise at all. So now I’m completely inconvenienced and delayed getting ready for my plans because of their lack of preparation. I’d highly recommend being VERY careful of choosing this hotel if you have plans the day you check in.
I star for an amazing breakfast, and server. And front desk agent who took my complaint and checked me in. My disappointment comes from a very poorly managed hotel in general. The elevators can be confusing, but the view is lovely as are the walls of orchids. I spent 2 nights. When I went to the bar the 1st evening and ordered two martinis I am mediately, said to the bartender “are you serious?” Pointing at how skimpy the size was, his partner bartender came up behind him and said “when you come here tomorrow you’re going to get the same pour” I told him I would not be back tomorrow. Our bartender was so pleasant and engaging with the three next to us that weren’t even guests that he ignored me . Then the three others wanted friendly conversation with me that I simply was not interested in.. and they proceeded to say that they needed an Uber to get to their own hotel, and I took noticed that the bartender was actually nicer to non-guests then they were to me. I wrote that on the receipt. I left a dollar tip, walked out and made a complaint to the front desk. He said he would get that taken care of and typed it and I was absolutely disgusted that this would happen in a four seasons hotel. And I immediately regretted staying at this hotel, so I left and went over to my friends hotel W and returned to my hotel next day. Upon checking out after having a nice nap in my bed at this hotel everything was nice and had a wonderful breakfast. It was time for me to order my Uber and it got there so quickly I still had to check out and get my receipt. When I was in my Uber, returning to the airport to go home, I looked at the receipt and sure enough my drinks were not taken care of . Nor was there any type of card left in my room from management . But in fact, there was an extra charge on my hotel room charge for valet. I never valet a car. I was picked up and dropped off by Uber. I had a very bad experience at this particular location. When back in Philadelphia, I’ll be staying at The Ritz Carlton. This location treats their guests like they are the GUESTS looking down on YOU.…
This hotel is definitely one of the best I've stayed at. The views are incredible starting from the elevator up to the lobby, it's absolutely breath-taking. The rooms are gorgeous and not your typical hotel room from the moment you walk down the corridor. They're spacious and in mint condition. The team here provided impeccable, consistent and friendly service throughout our stay. We can't wait to come back!
The room view was excellent and clean. the entire hotel has an amazing view. The pool is breathtaking and have an amazing view as well. The pool temperature wasn't too bad for an indoor pool. Cant wait to return. Worth every cent.
My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons Philadelphia for our 10 year anniversary and could not have been more pleased with our experience. The pool was exceptional and I appreciated that they had adult swim hours. JG SkyHigh has unmatched views of the city and our suite was spectacular.
If you know, you know. But if you don't, then you should experience the four seasons Philadelphia at least once. Perched atop the tallest building in Philadelphia (dare I say Pennsylvania?) The views are breathtaking and unique. From the 60 floor express ride to the lobby to the amazing amenities and 5-star service. They will not disappoint.
