I booked a regular King room for a solo stay, looking for location near the Convention Center in a quiet hotel. I was happy with my choice. As others have mentioned, the room was small, but the furniture well designed for the space and size adequate for one or two people who will spend most waking hours elsewhere. There was a small drawer 'fridge, a Nespresso machine, but no microwave. The lighting in the bathroom is very good, including a lighted magnifying mirror. A few tips: 1) There is no clock, so if you want one bring your own. 2) Shower plumbing is high-end with unusual controls. If your eyesight isn't too good (like me), go in there with a flashlight and your glasses to figure them out, before trying to turn on the shower. 3) For a comfortable night's sleep, re-make the bed yourself. The duvet and cover are large enough to cover the bed, but not large enough to tuck in the bottom and cover the bed. I don't like sleeping with my neck and shoulders uncovered. 4) The pillows are very fat and firm. I brought my own. …

Stayed for two nights here on a weekend getaway in Philly. From the moment I called from the airport to inquire about an early checkin to checkout, I felt as though the staff here actually cares about the customer. After checking in early, we were given a lovely corner room with everything you could need. The rooms are very stylish with unique touches everywhere. Beds are really comfortable with nice linens. The entire place was spotless and all staff wearing masks following the guidelines of the state mask mandate. A short while after checkin, I received a text from Destinee at the front desk to make sure everything was to our liking. It’s these small attentions to detail that really can make a difference in a stay, coffee in the room was a Nespresso which makes superb coffee. There is also an option to get a small breakfast bag delivered to the room, which we did not take advantage of. Throughout the two days we had occasional texts from Destinee just making sure everything was satisfactory. Very nice… Location is very central to everything in Center City and walking distance to most everything. I have stayed in over ten hotels in Philly and I must say this is by far my bes5 stay so far. The Canopy by Hilton Philadelphia will be my go to accommodation from now on. Run, don’t walk to stay at this hotel !!…

Absolutely perfect experience from check in to check out! Our room was ready on time. Clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. We had drinks at the bar -BIG shoutout to Michael and Laure and others all weekend) impeccable service with a full house! Even the fitness center was perfect!

We were in Philadelphia to see a relative perform in a play. We stayed here with family / two other couples. We all had a great time, clean and unique rooms, had drinks in bar lounge after the play until 1:30am, great QUIET night sleep, used gym and had breakfast in restaurant. Front desk held our luggage while we went to Terminal Market (nearby) and walked around into the afternoon. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful. Great location. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We came to Phila. for my daughter to take the medical boards. I mentioned this when checking in and the wonderful woman gave me a late checkout since I would be waiting 8 hours for the test to be over. The room was very nice. A bit small but still very clean and fresh looking. I got a text from the front desk after check-in to make sure everything was up to par. That was a nice touch. We ate in the restaurant the night we checked in. It had a very limited menu but the steaks we ordered were delicious. I would definitely consider The Canopy by Hilton if you're coming to Phila.

The Hilton Canopy in Philadelphia is centrally located in the downtown area with great access to the historic district, shopping and dining. There is even an organic food mart on the corner so you can grab a few things for your room fridge. Also, the hotel entrance is on a lightly travelled side street so you don't have to deal with traffic when dropping off. The front staff is incredible. We felt very welcome. Our room card allowed access only to our floor so we felt secure. The rooms are very nicely appointed with a high quality retro theme. The beds are awesome. Nice TV and tech with a wide variety of channels. The ceilings are high and windows are large. Great views. The bathroom is two rooms with sliders dividing off for privacy. I took shuttle bus from NYC by myself, stayed here for two nights. The front desk was really friendly and helpful. Location is very good, in central city, near reading terminal market where you can find lots of food. But it is quite silent in night time. And I love the whole design inside the room, especially the colour. Overall, very satisfied experience here, highly recommend!

Spent a long weekend here as a mini-vacation. The cab driver from 30th St. Station couldn't find the place (word to the wise - tell the cab driver it is the corner of 12th and Ludlow and the streets are one-way). Fortunately, all the Uber drivers we used after that knew exactly where it was. Walking distance to many restaurants, and Anthony at the front desk is a great source of recommendations. The room was very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. But don't expect a big or symmetrical room as this building is 123 years old and has been beautifully repurposed as an urban hotel. Our only negative comments would be about the water pressure in the shower, and the temperature of the water. We were on the 10th floor, and the water pressure was low, and the hot water never got very hot (never needed cold mixed in).…
