Omg such an great experience in Philly last night. Was in town yesterday for the Bruce Springsteen concert great show by the way. But my experience at Live hotel was even greater. Although there was a wait Sierra was such a blessing with check-in. Such a sweet and helpful young lady. I hope to be checked in by her again in the future.

Sadat will take good care of you as you check in. I locked myself out of my room and went down to the check in desk. Working minutes they had a guy come in and fix the issue. Guests are treated with GREAT service.

LIVE Hotel and Casino is always a fun place to stay! There’s one thing that continues to annoy me at LIVE…..Patrons continuously smoke in nonsmoking sections on the casino floor. LIVE employees never address compliance regarding nonsmoking areas and it’s really annoying! I sit and play slots in nonsmoking areas for a reason and as a patron I should not have to inform others that the area is nonsmoking as that is not my responsibility. A great place to stay for sporting events, social gatherings, and just plain fun! I’m looking forward to LIVE adding some newer slot machines similar to the ones I find in AC and Delaware. The hotel reservation area has great employees, particularly Joe and Peggy!

Regarding the smoking issue at the casino, you can always write your review to their page as this page is for Hotel only, all our rooms are non-smoking, and we have a very strict nonsmoking policy in the guest's rooms. We came for a Phillies game and were met at the valet stand by Joe the bellman, he was extremely helpful with all our questions and told us everything we needed to know and more about the property. He was very professional and really took the time to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. We also had a great experience while checking in with Monaye at the front desk, she was very polite and funny and really made the check in process enjoyable. When we checked out the next day, Carly was there to help us with breakfast options and gave us some good advice as far as avoiding traffic on the way home. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we will be back again soon! Dmitry the manager was also very helpful and courteous. Everything was amazing and Ruth was exceptional during check in. The bes are confit the room was nice spacious and clean. The staff was nice. I would stay again. Prime rib has excellent food. The casino is nice. It’s so conveniently located next to the sports arena.

I was fortunate enough to reserve the Penthouse Suite and enjoyed the amazing view. Very spacious and had a great time! I would come again and hopefully the penthouse suite will be available the next time I stay. We also enjoyed some part of the Phillies game and the Prime Rib restaurant was such a great experience. I highly recommend the Prime rib for anyone wanting the full experience!

Far exceeded my expectations.staff helpful,polite, friendly.Ruth at front desk exceptional, explained everything in detail, even walked me to elevator.check out was super easy,no hassles.will definitely stay here again in future visits.Casino was great,only drawback was cigarette smell,I think there are less smokers then non.wish it wouldn't be allowed.

Ruth was so kind and helpful when checking us in. She made it a point to let us know everything and show us to the elevators as this was our first time staying. She was so pleasant and made you feel welcomed. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable with all the pillows. We had a nice view also.
