Andrea checked me in and treated me so kindly, Dermot was very kind and helpful as well, I was in an unfamiliar city and the employees at this hotel made me feel safe and comfortable. Accommodations were wonderful as well. Many thanks!
We stayed the night during Erin Express, my best friend and I shared a room! It was clean, comfy & perfect for a quick trip. It is located in center city, so pickup from ubers/lyfts take a bit longer , but it was right next to a Rite Aide (which I needed). Check in was super easy on the ipad and so was check out. Would be back!
I love this hotel, such a good value for the money. Consistently one of the lower priced hotels in the downtown area, but doesn’t sacrifice on amenities etc. Smaller rooms, but always very clean. Staff is always super welcoming and hospitable as well. Rosie especially is such a pleasure, and recognizes me every time I return. Tysiear is great also, really friendly vibe.
It was a really nice stay, and Dermot really helped me a lot! He was really nice and gave a lot of tips on how to navigate the city. The staff were all really nice and understanding and helped make my stay a lot nicer.
I would like to thank Andrea and Isalynn. They helped us in a very difficult situation upon check in. We mistakenly made duplicate bookings and once they pointed it out. They advised us to call booking.com and explain just that. And also to inform booking.com that the hotel property would waive the fee in this particular instance. It definitely created a start to our stay and took away that financial concern.
Location was great. Room walls are paper thin. It was four female friends laughing on a Saturday night at 8:30p and the neighbor called security on us (!!!). Anyway, the hotel and room was just what we needed for in and out spending a night in the city. Dermot and Rosie were excellent at the front desk. Great customer service.
The room was pretty comfortable for the price we paid and the staff at the front desk was pretty responsive. They were really kind and accommodating, especially Dermot and Isalynn. I would book again.
Nice pleasant quickly was able to take our vehicle to a safe location. Felt very comfortable with leaving our vehicle in the care of this ballet service. Easy to get to very clear markings as to where to park for drop off and pick up.
I had a lovely time at the Club Quarters Rittenhouse Square. My room and bathroom were small but clean, with a luggage rack for my suitcase and plenty of wooden hangers for my clothes. The shower had great water pressure, and the bathroom had a good-sized counter for my toiletries. The bed was comfortable. The room also had a minifridge, microwave, and Keurig machine. I could hear street noise (honking and sirens) but no sound from nearby rooms. The lobby downstairs has a fancy coffee machine and I enjoyed my lattes each morning. Everyone at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful--shoutouts to Rosie, Dermot, and Andrea. I will definitely stay here next time I visit Philly!
I stayed at Club Quarters in March 2023. It was my second time there. I like the location and the price. Both times that I’ve been there—several years apart—I only slept there. I didn’t eat there or use any of the facilities. I don’t really have any complaints, but I do have some observations. Before booking, I called the hotel to ask about different price tiers on TripAdvisor. I wanted to know why one room was priced differently from another. It wasn’t clear to me. I don’t mind paying more for something better if I can afford it. The person at the hotel couldn’t tell me. Having stayed there before I booked a slightly more expensive room, hoping that it would be better than a standard room. It wasn’t. When I arrived—solo—I was told that I would be given a room with 2 twin beds and that my room type could not be changed because I had booked through a third party vendor. So, while I asked to be switched to a room with a king size bed, that did not happen. Understand that I’m not complaining, but potential guests should know this when booking. My room was nice, but I did note that there were no tissues, no fridge and no safe. Also, trash was not picked up, unless requested. (You are told this at check in.) There are trash bags, so you can put trash outside your door if you want. My room happened to be essentially opposite the elevators and I definitely heard the noise and people talking in the hallway. And, for some strange reason, one night, at 8:38 pm, a member of staff was vacuuming in the area near the elevators.…
