The Westin seems to have stopped doing maintenance and even really trying. The same used glasses were sitting outside my room when I checked in at 3PM on Monday as were there Tuesday morning as were there Tuesday night as were there Wednesday morning after asking the front desk twice to clear them. The refrigerator is disgustingly dirty. The layer of dust where I plugged in the fridge is archeological in its depth. The bathroom seems held together with caulk. The wallpaper is peeling in several places. (More pictures below.) The bed is swaybacked and the mattress really needs to be replaced. There is no daily housekeeping service.

This is not a 4 star hotel, more like a 2 star hotel. Upon arrival note the room smelled off, room is small and there is nothing Grand or Deluxe about the Grand Deluxe Room. Bathroom is small and cold, no heat in the bathroom and tiles cold to walk on. The toilet for some reason is not standard height, very low to the floor, uncomfortable to sit on. At 6am there is no coffee available for guest unless you want to make coffee in their dirty coffee marker in the room. No staff goes the extra mile. This is an old feeling, low quality hotel trying to be a 4 star property but fails poorly. You don’t get any feeling of luxury at this property. Bed is hard not heavenly and toiletries are big bottles hanging on racks, not your typical 4 star hotel setup. Shocked that Westin puts there name to this hotel.

Had to switch rooms twice. First room, safety latch sheared off. Second room, placed next to noisy guest room when I requested "quiet room" from the time of reservation. Note this is not a corporate Westin, but a franchise.

dcaznypa, First and foremost we appreciate your feedback and sincerely apologize about you having to move rooms due to a defective lock latch only to be placed in a room that was noisy. This did not meet our standards and we look to learn from this instance and have this rectified for future visits. Once again your apologies and hope these opportunities that were experienced during this past stay doesn't deter you from choosing Westin in the future. Sincerely, K. Ware

From the moment we were greeted cordially at Our check-in, to the Doorman who hailed a cab for us to the airport, the Westin proved a good decision. the room was spacious, clean, well-lit. Lots of Fluffy white towels and washcloths in bathroom. Coffee Bar had all the accessories. Staff is attentive. Breakfast server was so hospitable. And the eggs were Delicious. A 5-star stay. Thank you.

I've been staying at Westins for years and have generally had great customer experience--the staff is consistently great! This location has outdated rooms--and my room smelled like a smoking room. Front desk was very nice. Loyal Marriott gold member, but this hotel needs an upgrade (and room cleaning).
