The Westin was not my first choice because it wasn't close enough to the Convention Center. However, The stay here was great!!! The location was great, Rittenhouse Square district with great restaurants and shopping were all steps from the hotel. Guest rooms and bathrooms were well designed and always clean. Great in room WIFI, in room snacks, and large screen...

Selected the Westin for a 'girls day' with my 90 year old grandmother. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by Jamille B. (sp?), one of the bellmen downstairs. He was very patient in assisting us to the front desk and to our room with our luggage. My grandmother uses a walker and suffers from dementia so she doesn't...

This was my first time coming to Philly. My wife, sister in law and myself were in town for a friend's wedding. The hotel was everything we needed and more: walking distance to city attractions, incredibly friendly staff (Oscar at the front desk very guest oriented and friendly), and spotless rooms. Oscar's breakfast recommendation Marathon Grill was spot on. Incredible...

If you're a business traveler in for a quick overnight, skip "this" Westin. It's pricey and the service is subpar. I'm a frequent Westin guest and this one location had inexcusable service issues. On the surface, the hotel maintains a great facade: ornate lobby, festive bar, and a convenient downtown location. However, the Philadelphia Westin is distinguished by its abysmal...

Stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. Standard size king room is spacious, with large closet, spacious bath, gigantic TV and high-quality finishes and furniture. Easy walking distance to numerous corporate headquarters, and located between Chestnut and Market, for easy E-W access to heart of downtown via walk or train; also made the 20 minute trek to the...

This hotel is within walking distance or very short ride to nearly everything you will want to see. Philadelphia is a walking city - safe and so much to take in. The concierge was wonderful in helping select restaurants (foodies love Philly) and securing tickets to local attractions. Rooms are classic Westin with heavenly beds and amentities. The lobby bar...

Room was larger than most with extremely comfortable beds and roomy bath, very clean. Valet parking staffed by an excellent crew. The downside--the 2nd floor restaurant is a disaster with clueless and indifferent waitstaff. The first morning we seated ourselves and were brought menus but then the waiter disappeared, never to return. The other waiter studiously ignored us as he...

You are in the middle of the city! Out the main door and there are tons of restaurant and shopping options. Rooms are classic Westin...comfortable and clean. Rooms are a nice size. The lobby could use a refresh, but it is always nice when there is tea and coffee in the mornings in the lobby. Good value for the location!

I am in awe how an accounting department can never answer the phone, then when you leave several voice mails to retrieve 3 folios no one calls back. My employees often stay at this Westin when in Philly but when it comes to gathering folio's no one cares to call me back. I talked to a Jasmine today who was...

The hotel is comfortable with good sized rooms which were clean and well equipped. The public areas are a little bit tired but are generally ok. The location is fine, central and roughly 15 mins from the main station. The staff were friendly and reasonably helpful particularly in the main restaurant area. The hotel is fine for a short business...
