Bath tub didn’t drain. Breakfast was blah. Room was okay nothing special. Wouldn’t stay again. Never anyone at the desk unless it was check in or check out time. Do I feel like extra measures were taken to clean … no it was basic cleaning. Nothing extra

Hotel's Favourite
For people who like to park and then walk to see a city, this is the perfect hotel. It's close to the iconic Reading Market and not more than an easy twenty minute walk to almost anywhere else. The hotel is attended by excellent friendly people at the front desk: Jessica, Denee, Julian and Jamaal, just to name a few. If you have a concern, any one of them will do all that is possible to remedy the problem. The rooms are comfortable and well-kept up. Although Philadelphia was not fully "open" at the end of May, the breakfast-to-go was certainly adequate. Furthermore, people were easy going about wearing masks and social distancing at the hotel and out in the city. The city is beautiful with gardens, interesting neighborhoods and prolific art everywhere. The mosaic walls of many buildings are simply awesome as are the marvelous murals. We can't wait for a return trip and surely to the same hotel. Patriot Parking is a block away and very convenient, especially for people who don't want to drive often during their stay or want in and out privileges.

The hotel claims to offer a full hot breakfast on the website. They forgot to mention that it’s only for vaccinated people. If you are not vaccinated this is what you get. I’m really disgusted. I was even embarrassed to give it to the homeless outside.

Thank you for providing details about you stay. We are sorry to hear that you had such a horrible stay. Unfortunately, that mandate has been enforced by the City of Philadelphia and is out of our control. Thanks again for choosing our location.

The staff is very accommodating and Dirk was very helpful with loading and unloading all of our equipment for a conference here. The other staff were friendly and helpful too! The temperature in our conference room was very toasty!

The check in and check out experience was easy enough to do from my phone. Having a digital key was cool. Some of the front desk staff were helpful as we were looking for dinner suggestions and needed extra towels. Breakfast was decent and average as you would expect from an included hotel breakfast. Breakfast pastries and make your own waffles were awesome. Close to all the places we needed to be. The room overall was nice, view was decent. On to the not so great. Breakfast was often served cold, mainly the eggs, potatoes, and sausage. But their breakfast staff were always helpful. Hot coffee and hot water weren't consistently available. While towels and washclothes were always available, their other toiletries options were non existent or minimal (hygiene products mainly.) The room didn't have proper ventilation especially as we visited during covid times. There wasn't ample toiletries in the room, so when we ran out of toilet tissue early in the morning we were just out of luck (front desk didn't have enough staff to come to our room to drop one off.) Parking was over priced for $30 a night.
