This was the best value and amazing location I’ve ever stayed at in a hotel! Ty at the front desk was very helpful in helping me with a few issues I had. The staff is friendly and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Looking forward to coming back real soon!

Hotel's Favourite
For people who like to park and then walk to see a city, this is the perfect hotel. It's close to the iconic Reading Market and not more than an easy twenty minute walk to almost anywhere else. The hotel is attended by excellent friendly people at the front desk: Jessica, Denee, Julian and Jamaal, just to name a few. If you have a concern, any one of them will do all that is possible to remedy the problem. The rooms are comfortable and well-kept up. Although Philadelphia was not fully "open" at the end of May, the breakfast-to-go was certainly adequate. Furthermore, people were easy going about wearing masks and social distancing at the hotel and out in the city. The city is beautiful with gardens, interesting neighborhoods and prolific art everywhere. The mosaic walls of many buildings are simply awesome as are the marvelous murals. We can't wait for a return trip and surely to the same hotel. Patriot Parking is a block away and very convenient, especially for people who don't want to drive often during their stay or want in and out privileges.

Went at 3pm to check in. Told to sign in because no rooms ready and wouldn’t give a time. Left for concert without being able to get ready and told to be back before 2am for key. Arrived at 145am. Counter person took my cc and license and I was told to hold on while she checked in others. Finally I insisted on a room. Was told there were none despite having confirmation number, emails, and cc charge. Left stranded in a sold-out city with no other option than the long drive home and scrambling to find a vacancy in the middle of the night. This hotel acted like they’d never hosted large crowds despite being in a major metro area. I have never seen such incompetence and carelessness.

I’ve never stayed at a place with such warm and responsive staff. The front desk team dealt with a huge influx of guests (we were there for the Taylor Swift concert) with patience and kindness. The housekeeping staff paraded out of the back room during breakfast by applauding guests each morning, which was really sweet. Well done! We’ll be back!

This hotel is next to the Pennsylvania Convention Center and just a few blocks from Chinatown. The employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well-appointed. I was very satisfied with my room. The bed was comfortable. I opted for a room with snacks, and the snacks were great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Convention Center or center city Philly.

Good location and price for what you got Paid around $270 a night which included parking for 1 car and fit family of 5. Parking separately was almost $50 a night so real price of room was $220 and included breakfast for 5. Room was nice and could spread out. Breakfast was ok (normal food like scrambled eggs, waffles that take forever to make) but not a lot of seating considering it’s 11 floors of people. Valet was easy and we left our car for whole stay and it was ready when we left 2 days later. All employees we ran across all said hi and were pleasant. Good location to walk to various sightseeing spots or public transportation to get to other parts of city. Would stay here next time we stay over the weekend in city.

Room Tip: Breakfast wasn’t too busy prior to 8:30am. Not a lot of seating after that time..

Great location and place to stay right in the heart of Chinatown - Toya at the front desk was the most kind and helpful staff you could have! I highly recommend this hotel - great breakfast, clean hotel, nice staff!! Homeless are around town but hotel doesn’t have control over that.

This was a wonderful hotel. The room and lobby were clean and the location nice for the convention center and central for exploring the city. Rooms had soap and shower gel pumps which were great for reducing waste. (Soap bars were also available.) Customer service was the real gem here. The front desk was welcoming and even sent a text after a few hours to make sure everything was going well. Breakfast was packed due to a volleyball tournament yet everything was consistently being stocked and the attendant (Kayla I believe?) was very friendly and smiling the whole time. The housekeeping staff came through breakfast as they were starting their day and waved and said hello to all the guests-what a nice touch and they all seemed happy to be there. Thank you for a great stay!

I stay in hotels for work on a regular basis, so was happy I could get my son a room using points. He parked and stayed at the hotel for one night. When he checked out, he was charged for 3 nights parking. They claimed another car came in the night prior and somehow had the same last name associated with it. When he told them he was not with another party, nor someone who checked in the day before his arrival, the manager didn’t care. She charged him $170 for 3 night parking. I called the manager multiple times, not getting a returned call. On my fourth try, got her live, she refused to refund my son. I was stunned!! She was rude and kept saying it must have been him since the names were the same, not admitting her staff could easily make a name mistake, plus to park a day before he arrived? I will never stay at that hotel again!

My time at this hotel while searching the area for a potential relocation was exceptional! I practically wanted to move in. The location is ideal, the accommodations and breakfast above expectation, and the staff made it especially memorable. Danae & Kayla in particular added so much to my days there. And several of the young men working maintenance and valet also went out of their way to help any time they could. I strongly recommend this hotel and hope to be back!!
