Was at a conference at the Philly Center. Was so convenient to be so close, in a hotel that was definitely worth every penny. Breakfasts were great, service was amazing. And, when I had a break in my schedule, I was able to go across the street to Reading Terminal Market, or my room. Everything was so conveniently close. Sweet!

Hotel was ok, not at the same level as other Hiltons branded hotels I've stayed at. The staff was very pleasant and professional, everyone of the from the housekeepers, doormen, bartender and waitress and managers. A lot of panhandlers outside of the premises.

Our room was very clean and quiet. The only complaint I had was the shower curtain because it was not waterproof (should have had a liner), and whenever we took a shower, the floor got drenched and we had to sop it up with towels. Room had a safe, but lacked a refrigerator. The breakfast was very good with a...

The hotel is most convenient to the Philadelphia convention center with many nice restaurants close by. The bar in the hotel was friendly, and the breakfast was good. I have stayed in this hotel before and will do so again when I am in Philadelphia.

The room accommodations were sufficient but dated. The rug was dirty and the room felt cramped. The parking lot was sub rented down the street and was pricy- felt shady. The breakfast area was dirty and very cramped seating. We won't stay here again. Far below Hampton standards. The only redeeming qualities were a friendly front desk staff and within...

we stayed here 3.17.17 and 3.18.17 and were most favorably impressed with Will, who I think was the concierge. He was surely a WONDERFUL rep for the hotel. Right from arrival he took care of us, introducing me to everyone as "Julia from Rochester." He then came to find me to get the car keys to get valet parking, then...

Check in was a breeze as was check out. Everyone who worked there that I encountered was friendly and helpful. It was an excellent location for the flower show , shopping and site seeing. Very easy access to the trains as well.

This Hampton has the most courteous staff ever! I loved being greeted with such kindness by everyone from the man who helped us with our bags to the ever-smiling woman who cleans the second floor. Breakfast was very good, even the coffee. Believe me, it's difficult for me to find many places where I actually enjoy the coffee. We look...
