Not much to talk about really. Hotel is in a strip mall 7 miles away from downtown. Not much character. Major infrastructure work going on next door (that starts early in the morning). Property itself is OK, just OK. Parking one block down or valet.

Thank you for your stay. I apologize if the location of the hotel did not meet your needs and expectations. The hotel is located on City Line Avenue one of the main shopping and business districts of the Main Line area. We are just minutes away from Saint Joseph's University and right next to the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine....

Parking is costly if you are going to ride around Philly especially if you are using the valet service. Because you have to pay every time you want to go someplace. $5 park it yourself and walk up a hill for about 2 or 3 blocks. Valet parking $10 every time.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding your stay and the issue you encountered with parking at the hotel. I apologize for the incorrect information that you were given regarding Valet Parking. The cost is $10 per day and it includes unlimited in and out requests for the entire day, not $10 for each time you request you car. I...

I stayed at this Hilton property for a business trip. The room was clean, and had been upgraded in the fairly recent past, but the front desk and dining staff were very rude. One evening as I was leaving to head to the client site, I saw an elderly gentleman with a walker attempting to climb the steep staircase to...

Thank you for your stay and for sharing your thoughts. Needless to say the issues you encountered with team members not being customer focused is not acceptable and I will be addressing this with all involved so that corrective steps may be taken. As to breakfast the hotel dining room does not open until 6:30am but perhaps in the future...

the room was small but clean and modern. the lobby staff was luke warm to cold. I did not feel welcomed by them and the parking is horrible unless you want to use valet, even that on a weekend when they have a function is horrible

I'm a Hilton Honors Gold almost Diamond member. I travel on business a lot. Last week was the first time I stayed at this property. Check in went well, the valet staff were great. Issue can around breakfast. At every other Hilton property I take my breakfast to go, so I can finish up some work in my room while...

I want to apologize for the hotel's breakfast program not having met your needs and expectations. The hotel does offer take out items from the ala carte menu but not from the breakfast buffet. I hope you understand that this is not done to inconvenience the guest but so that the hotel can maintain quality controls on what is being...

This hotel had some great features but also some short comings. The room was large and comfortable and the bed was excellent. Great sleep. Internet worked well. Parking is an issue. There is no street parking. You have a choice of self parking for $5 per exit (not per day) or valet at $10 per night. Breakfast buffet is not...

The staff is top notch. They greet you at the door and offer valet or self parking in their secure lot. Check in was a breeze. The restaurant has delicious food! I ordered the calamari. It was excellent! The hallways are lit up nicely. The rooms are spacious and the mattress is amazing! I slept extremely well. The bathroom is...

Ok folks, when visiting Philadelphia U or Main Line, you should stay at the City Line Hilton. The redo is really very nice. A great business man or weekend event hotel. I always hated the hotel but have been pleasantly surprised the last few trips.

Very cute and clean Hilton property. Modern and nice decor. Loved the lounge and steakhouse on the property. Customer service was ok. Did not like that self parking had no in and out privileges. The area surrounding the hotel did offer restaurants and some shopping.
