Full disclosure - we only booked this hotel for a Taylor Swift concert at Lincoln Financial Field to avoid the logistical nightmare of getting in and out of the venue (since the hotel is within walking distance). It was priced super high (like all the other area hotels that weekend - it is what it is). However, this place might be one of the best hotels we have stayed at ever. It was VERY clean, the staff had rooms available early, which was especially impressive given the short amount of turnaround time each morning for new concertgoers, and the rooms were nicely sized with new furnishings. There was a lovely restaurant/cafe in the lobby and a nice outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Free on street parking adjacent to the hotel (or $20 parking fee on their lot). Our room had a spectacular direct view of Lincoln Financial Field and Wells Fargo Center. The walk to/from the venue is less than a mile, and with tons of people going to the same place, it felt very safe and secure. I’ve stayed at this property several times and am never disappointed. It is clean, quiet, has ample parking, wonderful staff, great location, close to major highways and sporting events. Cleanliness is my top priority when I travel and this hotel is top notch. Kudos to their housekeeping staff!

Quite possibly the nicest Courtyard Marriott I've ever stayed in. Very new and modern. Room was spacious and very clean. Gym was excellent and had a number of different cardio options and weights (open 24/7). Able to take the stairs up to (and down from) room for those that dislike elevators. Wells Fargo Center, Lincoln Financial Field and Citizens Bank Park all accessible by a 15-20 min walk. We did the 76ers and Flyers on back to back nights with no issues or concerns about safety. Picture is taken from hotel parking lot. Do not pay the hotel for parking! You can park on the street for free. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would return for sure!

I went here to watch a rangers flyers game and it is close to the arena which was nice after the game the closest hotel there was, But there was no shuttle to and from the game which was a disappointment because this place is in a good spot for a shuttle but ither than that the hotel was like a normal but with friendly staff.

We were in town for a Mets/Phillies game and stayed here for 3 nights. Room was very clean. Hotel is in a very quiet area of the city. Shaukeena, our bartender was excellent- efficient, and so friendly. Had a great time chatting with her during our stay.

I've stayed here numerous times, but I never wrote a review. I want to first mention that I ALWAYS have a clean room. I am an AGM for another Courtyard property and I always inspect everything (work never leaves my soul) and I never find a flaw with cleanliness. My room is always quiet and clean. My fiancé works in the Navy Yard so this is why I stay here often. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful; especially Elliott that works overnight.

Too few hangers (6-7} for two in Room for 6 days. Too few towel racks for wet towels. Good location in South Phila and safe. Great housekeeping, helpful staff, very clean. Very close to airport I 95. . Closet too small with safe on floor not allowing long coats, dresses to hang freely.

This hotel was welcoming and the front desk staff were super helpful. We attended a concert at Wells Fargo Center and the hotel provided a pre-printed map of walking directions. The Bistro was high priced and couldn’t accommodate a food allergy to my comfort level, so we didn’t eat there. Not many food options within walking distance. Wish there was a pool but would absolutely stay here again for closeness to concert venue.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were very friendly. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We were in town for a concert and the location was so convenient to walk to and from. The hotel parking was really convenient being right on site, and it was only $20/day which is really cheap for Philadelphia. Plan on returning anytime we are in town.

It was an ok experience all round but as a premium status Marriott Bonvoy member (Ambassador), it was terrible. No breakfast, no water/items on arrival, no upgrade, no crib already organized in room as requested and required multiple reminders post check-in to get it and to fix it (the crib had stains all over it), and mediocre front desk service throughout. Positives were location is good, generally room is modern, free parking on street when we were there over Memorial Day wknd. Only reason to stay here is if you get a good deal. We paid with points and would have been more annoyed if this cost what the rate was at the time. If you have any sort of Marriott status, let alone high ones, expect nothing here and go elsewhere to be valued for loyalty. They just don't care, on top of service standards clearly being mediocre overall.…
