We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard by Mariott in the Navy Yard and would absolutely stay here again if ever back in Philly. We chose it as we were attending a game at Citizens Bank Park and this hotel was certianly geographically desirable. You...More
I booked the hotel because of its close location to the city, sports arenas and Navy Yard. The hotel staff from the front desk to the bar was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the nice and quiet. I would have given...More
Hubby, 19-year-old son and I booked the Courtyard at Navy Yard as a close to PHL airport overnight after attending a wedding in southern PA. I was drawn to its proximity to the airport, the proximity of I-95 in the backyard and the promise of...More
Went there for a concert and it was great! Everything was awesome, super comfortable beds, very well distributed bedroom and very very clean. The attention at the counter was great, everyone super helpful and friendly.

This seems eminently possible. There is sufficient parking, free and convenient, at the hotel. The public transit options to get to the airport are a bit limited, however; you can walk maybe ten minutes to the subway, but you will have to go the opposite direction and then change trains to get to the airport. It'll take a long while. A subway or Uber will work fine, although they may cost as much as parking at the airport.
