This hotel looks and feels like an exclusive boutique hotel. From the service to the accommodations, this is a real winner. Our company booked this for a mini off-site and we were thrilled to be so close to restaurants and bars (including AKA's own). AKA also has a wonderful gym and conference space that we used daily. We will be staying here agin.

We loved our stay here- excellent location, and we had THE MOST DELICIOUS donuts we've ever tasted from the farmer's market on Saturday morning on the square. Piping hot apple cider donuts and delicious coffee from La Columbe right around the corner. Staff extremely helpful and kind at the front desk, super comfortable beds, nespresso in the room!Will stay again!

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how my stay was going every time I walked in the door. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and super clean. Special thanks to Wister, Paul at the front desk, who has been very helpful and kind. AKA Tesla ride was also appreciated and fancy. :) Thank you so much for this experience, Tony and the driver Xavier.

The room was excellent. Very clean and spotless. Front desk is manned by folks who really want to do their best for you. Also, the hotel phone is answered by a person (believe it or not!) instead of a canned menu. Very caring staff - genuinely concerned to make our stay memorable.

As always greeted warmly when checking in, room ready and ammaculate. Always asking if they can assist in anything in or around hotel. Full kitchen and multiple bedrooms allows us to have family and our dog is always welcome

Tony and the team at AKA Rittenhouse were so professional and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent stay. AKA Rittenhouse is by far the best hotel in Philadelphia. The building is beautiful and our room had amazing views of the city. The Nespresso coffee machines are a great addition to the rooms. PERFECT stay for families looking for more upscale suite or two-bedroom accommodations in the area, at a more reasonable price point than staying at a “presidential suite” elsewhere. For a traveling family seeking a suite or two-bedroom setup, hotel options are usually limited to massive presidential suites at a higher price point, or more budget options at cheaper hotels. There usually isn’t anything in between to accommodate a family who wants two separate sleeping areas (leading to parents not getting any breaks while on vacation)! Finally, the front desk staff at AKA were all extremely accommodating and helpful. That was the icing on the cake that really helped our stay become a perfect one. There were small things that came up along the way (a broken appliance, etc), but the staff quickly addressed and improved each situation and turned it around so that our stay was a great one. Thank you AKA Rittenhouse for a perfect stay! There is no other hotel in Philadelphia that would have met our needs, and delivered on this experience so well.…

We had a very nice experience staying at the AKA Rittenhouse, the rooms were as expected, we had a nice kitchen with all appliances, staff was extremally nice and accommodating, I would defiantly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area.
