Air conditioning was broken 2 days air vent was covered in dust that was hard… could not remove with a tissue. I have medicine that needs to be refrigerated. They never fixed refrigerator.Room was covered in dust and needed vacuuming. Over 30 hairs were on floor in bathroom and tub. Toilet needed to be held down and flushed twice. Talked to front desk several times for assistance. I ran into hotel manager and spoke to him about problems and had no response.My husband and I are pretty easy going, but this was not acceptable. The hotel definitely has a management problem.

The hotel stay was great . Peyton was very helpful when checking us in her personality was cheerful and was very accommodating with our request. The restaurant on sight was delicious we had breakfast every morning of our stay . Our server Raffat was amazing he was so friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely terrific customer service. Helped keep and honored my rate for the wedding I was going to and booked with the Philadelphia Hilton at Penns Landing. Very quick turnaround. I emailed about the issue in the morning and it was resolved the same day in the afternoon. Even got a phone call from the hotel to confirm everything was taken care of and the rate was changed. Service Member I worked with was named Stevey. Thanks again so much!

I stayed here for a wedding that was there. My room was clean and nice. It also had a great view. The wedding venue was really nice. It’s walking distance to downtown. I had a great experience all around.

We had an amazing time at the Hilton in Philadelphia. The hotel was clean. The view was great. The stuff was just as great. Particularly Brandon, who helped us out at the front desk and really made us feel welcomed. There was a rush of people checking in and he made sure to take care of us. I recommend this hotel and him as an employee to anyone.

First: No room service. At all… “We let them go during the pandemic and never brought them back.” Of course, NOWHERE does it say they don’t have room service; In fact their website says they DO have it. (Yes, I’m annoyed because we have to hit a flight out of town and specifically planned on this.) Second: Rooms not ready by check-in time, and the front desk doesn’t seem to care. Let alone doesn’t offer to take anything off your bill. Remember: You’re paying for the room from check-in time to the check-out time. We are talking hours of delay to get your room. If you are in town for an event better hope it’s not one you need to dress up for. Lastly, the place was a mad house. At least two weddings going on… not much to do about that, but without room service, no one else was getting into the two restaurants.…

I got a water view corner room, the view was great. The front desk manager was super nice. I also used the gym and pool. They were well maintained and clean. I'm very sensitive with pool water but I'm okay with its pool water. The restaurant food was also good. Everyone was super nice at this hotel.
