Service was terrific at the hotel but not so much at the restaurant and bar. If staying, ask for an upper level corner room, gorgeous view; but be sure to explore other places to eat and drink :), there are several within walking distance. Restaurant is overpriced, bar is sub-par and service is mediocre.

Good location, easy to get to historic sites (Uber and Phlash Bus worked very well), staff were very very nice and concierge provided good restaurant rescommendations. Right at Seaport Museum, 10 - 15 minute walk to NHP sites, Uber is only about $6-$8 to the main sites in historic area, train/bus station, etc.

My husband and I made a last minute reservation after knowing his company Christmas party was in the same hotel. We were NOT disappointed . Our view was spectacular!! Room 1615, I believe. So good, that after the party, we hooked up our Bluetooth speaker and listened to music, had cocktails, and enjoyed that phenomenal view until 3am. And no...

The hotel is ok. Not high end, not low end. The bed was terrible! And, I had delayed luggage and asked the front desk to notify me into the night when it arrived. They did not follow my instructions. Sorry, but service is important when you are waiting for pajamas!
