Booked Jr. Suite for overnight stay. Wanted to stay overnight to pick up my college kid from Philly airport for 12:30 am arrival. Checked in using mobile app and requested at least 4 towels for 3 persons in room. Didn’t arrive at hotel until 10pm. Upon arrival in room, noted a lingering odor. Thought turning on fan /ventilation would take care of it. Then saw only 2 towels in bathroom. We were going to use pull out count. after picking up daughter from airport. But no linens found in closet for pull out couch. Had to call front desk for those basic items . Furthermore, Carpet had big stains, greasy tv remote control, fingerprint marks on light switch by bedside. Went to airport after midnight and returned at 1:00 am. Ready to finally wind down and sleep. Pulled out sofa bed , and knew immediately the lingering smell was feces. The mattress was badly stained with it. Notified front desk. They offered to move us to different room. Initially agreed. Packed our bags and our family decided to leave . We weren’t confident in the cleanliness of this hotel. We notified staff at front desk that we’re leaving and doing our 2 hour drive home at 2am . The property didn’t charge my credit card , but only after firmly demanding my Full money back. Hotel Manager contacted me the next day after I sent photos and complained of the “stay”. She apologized and wanted to compensate us with extra Marriott points for the aggravation . She didn’t come through . Dare I say lie? …
The stay was great. Excellent service from Janice in the restaurant. Her recommendations were perfect, especially the skrewball martini. Front desk staff was very helpful and Pam the driver was exceptional. Thank you Team!!!
The person who was checking us in was unprecedented in my opinion. I asked to add my Bonvoy to reservation and he said “ you booked via 3rd party abd we don’t allow double dipping” - rude, sir. Hotel was fine. Bed was okay. Remote did not have lights on - but overall onay
We did the park & stay option prior to our week long departure to Mexico. The hotel was very comfortable and lovely. Easy to get to, right off of I95. Stayed Sunday and took the 4AM shuttle they offer to the airport. Our car was secure in the lot while we were away (remember to get your parking ticket validated). Just call the hotel when, upon arrival back, & tell them what door you are located at. Big thanks to “T” who was our driver coming & returning…he was a delight! I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay, with car storage option.
The staff and hotel was very accommodating for a school trip of 40 students. Emad was helpful and friendly for the private breakfast. Overall, we were happy with how much the hotel catered to the group of teens and would recommend other schools to use this for a sport trip / school trip.
Nicole at the Delta took about 10 seconds to make me feel welcome. And although I arrived on short notice due to flight cancelations she made sure to get me comfortable. She even ensured I had a way to deal with my luggage and some thing to do while I waited for my flights out…including food recommendations! Hotel room was excellent, well appointed with enough power to get me charged up for the next leg of my trip. Thank you Nicole and Delta Hotels
Clean, modern, comfortable room. The most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered. From the van driver to the restaurant staff to the front desk they do everything they can for you. A perfect stay if you travel in or out of PHL.
Don't let low rates fool you. They are careless on charges to cards. Had a double charge for incidenals. It's been over a week, and I have only received one charge back. They acted like it wasn't a big deal. The restaurant prices are outrageous for mediocre frozen food. $9 for a bottle of domestic beer! Rooms are decent, but the walls are very thin. Pantry price examples are Ramen noodle bowl that sells for $2 at Walmart is $8 there, and chef boyardee can is $4. Doordash is really your only option, and that's another story. No restaurant decently close, and remember, this is Philadelphia. Honestly stayed in another hotel in the area and had similar issues. A coworkers card was charged $126 for something there and the hotel said the didn't know why. There answer was give it 10 day and check back . So evidently, most hotels in the airport area are crooked. Should have payed attention to the reviews and stayed farther out.…
After getting booked at a different hotel from an airline, we had to move here because that place was so bad. This hotel was like an oasis in the desert! Terrific check-in experience. Nice bright lobby. Room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Seems like this is the best BonVoy property near the Philadelphia airport.
Tonya just did a great job overall, can’t complain about her performance in any aspect. She sang, “ I just want you close Where you can stay forever You can be sure That it will only get better You and me together Through the days and nights I don't worry 'cause Everything's gonna be alright People keep talking, they can say what they like But all I know is everything's gonna be alright No one, no one, no one Can get in the way of what I'm feeling No one, no one, no one Can get in the way of what I feel for you, you, you Can get in the way of what I feel for you” before I went to bed every night
