My wife and I stayed mid week at the campsite with our travel trailer. We wanted to be close to all the battlefield area for tours and history. The campgrounds were quiet and we'll maintained. We traveled with our two dogs. We stayed in a pull thru site with full hook up. Everyone of the workers we met were more...

This park is just inside the National Park boundary, only about a mile from the visitor center and two miles from town. Is is fairly well kept, however the laundry room could use some work. Some areas have a lot of nice trees and the pull through sites are quite large. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were...

We traveled with friends who stayed here previously. What a great vibe at this campground! We stayed the weekend of October 14-16, 2016. Lots of activities, trick or treating during Saturday afternoon, almost every site, seasonal or just visiting, had Halloween decorations outside, funky light displays, some cemeteries, lots of people dressed up too! They even had a headless horseman,...

Overall this campground is not bad. We like the pull thru sites, though they are not as level as they could be. No cable, which is ok, but could not get much with antenna. The staff is friendly enough. Some of the seasonal sites really make the campground seem a lot worse. Really run down and dirty. An eyesore for...

this was our second stay at artillery ridge and we will definitely continue to use this camp grounds. it is very quiet and clean. we pitch a tent and the price is more than fair. bathrooms/shower houses are clean. located far enough from the tourist attractions that to avoid noise and such yet close enough that you aren't driving but...

This was our first time making a trip in our RV since buying it. The the lot they gave us was not a full hookup. it was without septic. I would highly recommend if you book here to make sure you get a full hookup if you are driving a RV or camper with septic hookup. Other wise great place...

We stayed here to visit Gettysburg, memorials, National Military Park, and the covered bridge. We stayed 5 nights, with our discounts it averaged out to normal $ for us. The campground offered different activities, with their own Christmas shop within. The bathrooms are in need of remodeling. Their office/campstore/gift shop were well stocked with goods, gifts, & T-shirts cheaper than...

I camped here in a motorhome. It was an overall clean place with clean restrooms and reasonably priced laundry facilities. I was only there for three nights to visit Gettysburg National Military Park, so didn't take advantage of all the amenities. There's a horse stable on site but I wasn't able to try it. The site was nothing special and...

We stopped in for one night as it is conveniently located. Older park. Restroom/bathhouse had a sign stating that it had recently been renovated. Had no A/C so it was unbearably hot and of course humid even at 9pm. Showered, but needed another by the time I got out of there. We were assigned a spot overlooking the horse area,...

This is a nice park with location, location, location but is not a resort my any stretch of the imagination. It is overpriced for the services provided. In desperate need of major upgrades, routine maintenance and improved layout of campsites. The available horseback riding is fantastic and by far the best amenity offered, which alone is enough to visit the...
