The hotel was great!! Only thing lacking was the pool and/or jacuzzi. Shower with massager and pool table in the basement made up for it. Room was nicely decorated, service personnel were impeccable, and the ambiance very cozy!!

We spent a weekend getaway at the Hotel Elliott and were not disappointed. Their prices were affordable and the location of the hotel can't be beat. We parked our car in the lot in the next block and never needed it the whole weekend. The rooftop views are amazing and the lobby has been updated and was clean and cozy....

Loved our stay here. Great location, beautiful building, very nice staff, heated tile bathroom floor and very clean shower. A fun couples getaway for the weekend. Room is small but expected for a restored, historical building and just fine for the two of us. The room had everything we needed and Aveda products in the bathroom! My favorite.

This hotel is in Astoria so New Yorkers may not find it swank - but it was wonderful. The room was quiet, the bathroom floor was heated, and the continental breakfast was delicious and substantial. I should also mention the employees were most accommodating and friendly. My wife and I will be back!! Great, convenient parking and a great restaurant...

We arrived the day before Thanksgiving and were greeted very warmly by the person at the desk. Actually all of the front desk personnel were warm and helpful during our 5 day 4 night stay. Room was a king deluxe and I had emailed ahead of time to make sure that there was a closet and asked for a quiet...

For some reason, we always end up in Astoria on our road trips to Oregon. There are not tons of things to do in Astoria, but it's got a cool vibe and great food and beer. We've stayed at the Commodore hotel before, but this time it was fully booked so we went for Elliot instead. A little bit more...

Beautifully restored 1924 hotel. Great cozy fireplace in the lobby. Good complimentary breakfast in the am. Good coffee. Great location for walking and shopping. My only complaints are: Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to fine tuning their cleaning. Someone needs to be checking their performance. People at front desk need to acknowledge guests coming and going instead of being...

So I may have been jaded by 6 wonderful days driving up the coast from San Francisco on highway 1 and 101, with the love of my life -- but this is pretty close to the perfect hotel. It's a quality renovation of a turn of the (19th) century hotel located right in the middle of the historic district of...

Thank you so much for staying with us and the great feedback! We love hearing guest experiences so I will share this with the staff! I do apologize about the portable A/C unite being a distraction. We use them seasonally to keep the rooms cool for guest satisfaction, and remove them during the wintertime. We hope to see you again...

First of all the hotel is in Downtown where all the action is. ITs walkable to shops, restaurants, things to do. Because of its history, its a must do. The price is reasonable, much less than some of the other hotels and it has a unique, elegant feeling to it. Once you enter your room, you feel as though you...

I booked this hotel because it was close to the venue where I was hosting an event. That's really the only "plus". We paid more than $200 for what they called a "King Deluxe". The only deluxe item was the heated tiles in the bathroom. When we walked in, all the windows were open to "cool" the room, I suppose...
