My family stayed here to celebrate my sons birthday and see some baseball. The hotel is beautiful and fairly new. It has everything most people need.

The hotel itself is very nice and the staffs are have very friendly and helpful. However, the location is not the best. One block off the hotel and we saw a lot of homeless people hanging out on the street. To make matters worst, our...More

First of all, the front of house staff was very professional and kind. Anthony checked us in and was very warm. But when we got to the room the problems started. The room, was quite honestly, filthy. I would have switched rooms but judging on...More

Lombard St and Charles St I would consider safe as they have a lot of commerce as this is a downtown inner harbor location. I'd say 2 - 3 blocks in either direction should be fine as that is radius of the convention center and the royal farms arena.
hope that helps.

Thank you for your question. Valet parking on property is available at a rate of $40 per night. There are parking garages on Light and Charles Street that run approximately $20-25 per night with no in and out privileges.
