The hotel has a great location and a lot of potential but I think they aren't up to the level of Hilton service that I expect. Housekeeping was skipped on one day and our room needs updating badly. The lobby was very nice and the staff is very friendly and attentive.

Over the past four years, we have visited Baltimore many times, sadly our first visit to this hotel was last month, April 2017. If we could go back in time... we would change our current reservation at another Hilton property to Pier 5. Graduation is May 23 and we have 3 nights at another property on Pratt St, at this...

Visited here for only one night with a toddler and kindergartener in tow. The service staff was wonderful, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the bellmen and valets. They we fast, polite, and went out of their ways to please. For example, Jason, who came to our room to make up our sofa bed, heard our 2-year-old day that...

We chose Pier 5 because it appeared to be a more boutique upscale hotel than our other choices. You can tell that Hilton tried hard to make it trendy but unfortunately it's a typical small business hotel, just with a few mid/century eclectic couches. Mind you, it's clean and colorful and the rooms were the size of your normal business...

Imtraveling4u, Thank you very much for sharing your experience about our hotel. Our team is very happy about the comments you mentioned that our property's location and service was great! Our hotel prides itself on the boutique size, with our culinary experience Monday-Saturday and our two world class restaurants on site the offering are plentiful just on property. Our breakfast...

Great location but we had room maintenance issues. Room are standard rooms nothing fancy. Slightly above average continental breakfast. Only difference is the have an egg omelette station. Old heating units, we had foul odors from outside. Bathroom maintenance issues.

Matthewy8806uh, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. Our hotel boasts some of the largest rooms in the city with harbor and balcony views based on the type of room you chose to reserve. The hotel was recently purchased by Hilton, and they may improve the overall "quality" to meet the standards for their Curio brand, so I will reserve judgement, There are currently 25 Curio's around the world. Curio is designed to be sleek, modern, hip, fun...etc. I stayed at the Chicago Curio (see review) and they delivered on my expectations. I used...

DesertFlyer, Thank you very much for sharing your experience. This review is solid, and provides much feedback for ways we can improve. Our staff provides a culinary experience Monday through Saturdays which demonstrates cool culinary items such as crab cakes and waffles to the chocolate fondue station you mentioned. I will research your room and remove it from our inventory...

Rating the wedding venue and the Catering Sales Manager, Chris Agostino I would give it 5 stars. Food and service was fantastic. As far as the hotel, Hilton just took it over from Choice Hotels and I must say it needs some work. There are maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Overall it is a great location and the...

Nice hotel but not worth the luxury price. It was average. Clean, but we had a room facing the lobby and could hear them setting up breakfast at 5am as well as the lobby staff talking at 1am. Annoying

Great, harbor location. Rooms were comfortable enough, but mold on bathroom tiles, horribly sloppy painted walls, poorly operating TV remote, poor communication regarding amenities, no late-night food options made for a less-than-$225/night experience.

Tbot1959, Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. Our location is the best in town as we sit on our own pier. We have two world class restaurants on site that offer food options until 10:00 pm in their dining room and later in their bars. Hotel was ok but there were housekeeping issues like clogged drain, missing towels. Then everyday the staff would forget to replenish on one the items , like coffee and cups, etc. Overall the front desk staff were very accommodating and made the experience more positive.
