We were greeted by Patty Snell upon arrival. She was extremely helpful and kind. We were upgraded to a better room due to being Hilton awards members and celebrating our anniversary. We ate dinner at McCormicks and Schmidt (ask for Moody at the bar - he is a hoot). Our room was clean and comfortable. Some small small wear showing...

Quaint Hotel in the Inner Harbor. Great location lots of nearby activities and food. Small hotel "feel" with great amenities. Great for business or weekend get-away. Great staff and large, clean rooms.

My mother and I stayed at the Pier 5 hotel for a little getaway. The hotel is very clean, our room was probably the biggest room I have ever stayed in besides a suite. It was very modern and quiet! Walking distance to several restaurants including the Hardrock. They provide free shuttle service to MO's restaurant which was convenient. The...

Great time with excellent views of the harbor. Easy walking distance to a lot of attractions. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Having two excellent restaurants to chose from in the hotel was a plus. McCormick and Schmidt and Ruth's Chris.

Except for some minor amenity issues that were quickly fixed by the staff, this is THE placement to stay on the Inner Harbor. The location is perfect, the service is highly professional, and the rooms are beautiful. The hotel also has a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and a McCormick &'Schmitt's Seafood directly accessible from the lobby. We will return!

Great location, on the pier. Convenient for visiting the aquarium. Excellent and reasonably priced breakfast. Balcony room was spacious with a great view. We'll definitely stay here on our next visit.

Purchased the aquarium package with this hotel and was so pleased. Our room and view were outstanding. The location is more than convient to everything my daughter and I wanted to do. The breakfast was great along with the staff. Only thing I regret is not getting a steak at Ruth Chris steakhouse, there is always next time!!!

This is a small hotel in a good location for a vacation because of a good location. The accommodations were sufficient although the staff could be trained to be more helpful and more friendly. There is a McCormick and Schmick onsite as well as the Ruth Chris Steak House. You really do not need a car. I took Amtrak in...
