Very unfriendly staff. Room wasn't even clean. There was a Window unit AC with duct tape and carbonated on the window that didn't even get the room cold. To sleep at night you had to decide if you wanted the AC on or to keep the room dark since you couldn't close the curtains without completely blocking the outdated AC...

Room was 89 degrees, called each day and the a/c would start to work then quit again. Breakfast closed early, guess they ran out of food. Cigarette holes in the blanket. Cheap prices= low quality. We were stuck due to a convention in town. But if you can find other options, take them!!

When I arrived at this hotel, I notice the smell of musty spices. After finally getting my room, I entered to a very unpleasant 80 degrees, and smelled of mold I thought the AC was maybe just turned on, and need time to cool. When I got back from my 2 mile walk for food, in a not so nice...

We had a nice time here as the weather was great and since it was a Friday not very crowded. We walked along the promenade and took the water taxi across the river so we could take in all the sights and boats. Many things for families to see and do here as well as many restaurant chains, something for...

When we arrived, after a 4 hour drive from NYC, there was no one at the reception. We called out and a woman came out of the back to ask what we wanted. I almost asked her to direct us to a good hotel. Her attitude was blasé at most and she really gave us the impression that she just...

This is the second time I've stayed here and if you're traveling on a budget or need a place for a night or two, it's perfect. The staff is very friendly, the hotel itself feels rustic and a little weatherworn but in a charming sort of way. The only negative I found is that one of the bath towels that...

This place should be avoided at all costs. The staff is very rude and seems annoyed when you ask the simplest question. The main lobby smells and the public bathroom has no toilet paper and no paper towels yet ( 24 hours ) so far. Our room has a broken cable TV cord and not very clean. Waited until 4...

The hotel itself is an old building but has been updated. The TV had a very fuzzy picture but fair selection of channels. Free wifi mean I could just use my laptop. I was here for a conference and this was a cheaper option yet close to the meeting down by the harbor. Not a lot of extras but perfect...

I do understand that you get what you pay for but still paying $125 a night should be a decent hotel. The continental breakfast was good and just what you needed to start the day. The lobby and hallway on the 7th floor had the dirty carpet smell that should be addressed right away!!! The room was very clean and...
