Booked stay May 11-13, 2016 My mother required surgery at Johns Hopkins. This Holiday Inn Express was extraordinary delivering top-notch customer service expeditiously and professionally. The shuttle service between the hotel and hospital was invaluable being a guest unfamiliar with the area. Dominic was extremely informative about hotel services as both driver and registrar as well as being knowledgeable about...

We arrived in Baltimore looking to just get a room for the night because we attended a concert. This hotel facility is great and you can't beat the price for amenities for the price of $130/night which included breakfast and parking ($15). The hotel receptionist was amazingly helpful and kind- Audia I believe is her name. We attended the concert...

Central location, clean rooms, attentive staff. The hotel is in a nicely restored, historic bank building. We were in town for a wedding and wanted a reasonable place to stay. Naeim, who oversaw the complimentary breakfast area, treated the area as if it were his restaurant. He wanted to make sure I enjoyed my meal so I'd return for another...

We have found the employees at this Holiday Inn to be very attentive and courteous. We especially appreciated the help of Dominic as we have on previous visits to Baltimore. It is obvious that the employees care about their workplace and the guests that stay here. The shuttle service and breakfast provided were especially helpful to guests like us who...

Central location with free shuttle to restaurants, train station, convention center, JHU,--extremely helpful drivers and front desk staff-- especially Aude, day time front desk, moderate the slightly worn room interiors. Breakfast fresh with lots of options. We stayed for one night-- highly recommend. We will return.

My husband and I stayed here for one night after our honeymoon cruise out of the Maryland Harbor. The hotel is beautiful, unique, clean and well managed! Everyone was kind, helpful and friendly! The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was large and welcoming and the Keurig in the room was a nice touch! We also took advantage of the...

I was in Baltimore for a meeting and picked this hotel for free breakfast and shuttle to nearby places. Hotel rooms were great, staff were awesome and you can beat free breakfast and newspaper. Hotel also had free shuttle for areas with a mile and although the place I have to go was 1.5 miles, they still dropped there everyday....

Stayed here for one night this past weekend. Didn't expect much from this hotel, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the great service. The front desk agents were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The rooms had microwaves, fridge, and a Keurig machine. This was very helpful for couples with babies and kids. However, I must mention the main person...
