Location is perfect; one street away from the Inner Harbor (use elevated walkways to avoid street traffic). Camden Yards is a safe 4 or 5 block walk. The other standout feature is the genuine friendliness of the staff. The bell hops, the front desk, the people walking around in sport coats and housecleaning crew - all greeted you with a...

If your trip to Baltimore doesn't include plans for sleeping, then this is a nice hotel in a good area. But if you're thinking about getting some shuteye, choose another hotel in this neighborhood. The open-air design of the Hyatt means all the rooms are subjected to the noises from the bar, breakfast area, and meeting space. The night I...

If you are having a night to tour the harbor or attend an Orioles game this is an excellent location within easy 10-13 minutes of Camden Yards. Staff was very helpful and hotel has excellent security based on my experience. The front desk is effective and helpful. The ratings are average due to my room. ( 1261) very plain and...

The convention was fantastic, however, it is disappointing to find out that the Hyatt does not store luggage unless you are staying as a guest at the hotel. I understand your policy of only storing luggage for staying guests might have been put in place to keep any Joe Schmo off the street from keeping their bag at the hotel,...

The staff was very friendly at the check in and in the restaurant. Room needed a bit of more detail cleaning. False fire alarms due to faulty water supply was disturbing. The staff at the restaurant was very accommodation and helpful.

This hotel is in a terrific location and offers great views of the Inner Harbor. It is within walking distance of the Inner Harbor attractions with its own elevated walkway across Light Street. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in our room struggled to keep up with the heat of the day. Despite being set to 70 degrees, it could only maintain...
