We visited Baltimore for the first time and decided to stay within Mt. Vernon to be close to Peabody Conservatory. The hotel is located in one of the best spots of Baltimore. It is within a walking distance to many points of interest. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodated everything we requested....

My family and I stayed at the Wyndham over the July 25th weekend for my wedding. Our venue was only a short distance away in Federal Hill and this hotel suited our needs perfectly. The rooms were very nice. We stayed in two, a double bed suite and a king bed suite. Ama booked our rooms and rooms for our...

I felt that the room was ok, but the linen smelled like I was sleeping behind your previous guest; the carpet was not taunt, therefore I had to be careful not to trip, as I almost did a couple of time. Wi-fi was shaky. Staff was nice and helpful. A co-worker also stayed there, who was charged $69 more for...

Front desk associate at midday was not very pleasant. Effective, just not warm. So the start was not smooth. Evening Associate at the desk was very accommodating. Tough to use valet services with limited drop off. Had to make 3 trips around several blocks to get a chance to drop the car off, costing us nearly an hour of 5...

The hotel is in a nice historic area, but I expected more from the overall experience. The hotel was not very clean when I entered it. There were spiders and other small insects roaming around the room, that we had to kill. I just don't get the impression my room was prepared adequately for me to enjoy my stay.

Wyndam decided it would be fun to screw up my entire reservation. I had to call them 11 times to get it straightened out. I was assured everything would be fine upon check it. It wasn't. I had to pull up the reservation on my phone and argue with the girl at the front desk, who was rude, crude and...

Parking was the only problem I had with this stay. Others were able to get a parking pass included but I was never even offered this option.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel next to the Washington Monument (30 years older than the one in Washington, DC. One of the photos out of my room window shows how close it is (one block). Vicky at the front desk was so helpful for so many things over the two days that I stayed here. She had...

This hotel is great and accommodating! We were late checking-in, yet the hotel staff was very understanding. The staff are incredibly helpful and insightful in offering suggestions for dining or things to do about town. The location is great (located in historic Mt. Vernon) within walking distance to Penn Station (where one can easily pick up a train to Washington,...
