Great service, friendly hospitality and extremely clean hotel. Breakfast was sufficient and well prepared. A must stay when in Savannah. Convenient location to all Savannah has to offer. Just a short walk away from the river. You must try their cookies!

Great stay for a weekend getaway. The room was clean and smelled good. The tv remote was a tad lagging when trying to use the tv. Friendly staff. Mykala was very friendly and took great care of my car for the valet.

Very friendly staff and helpful! We would stay again. We enjoyed the facilities and had no issues with the valet parking feature. We were welcomed all of the staff and felt comfortable. The area was nice and very close to downtown.

Very nice hotel. Very helpful valet! Thanks Mykala Y. and Mia. Comfortable rooms and very nice front desk. Not right in the center of attractions but right on the edge and it is an Easy walk to get to the heart of shopping and dining and the riverfront area.

Everything was clean. Beds were really good. Staff members were very polite. Breakfast was good. Lots of free water and flavored water. Location was excellent. Parking valet was convenient. Chris and Cali G were super nice and helpful. I would stay here again and I’m pretty picky.

The rooms were very clean, the beds very comfortable. The pillows were the best I ever slept on. The location was fantastic! We were able to walk to everything. It was a sister trip and we had a great time. The customer service at the hotel was above and beyond and beyond great!

We have stayed at the Fairfield several times during our visits to Savannah. The staff has excellent customer service and is very helpful. A special shout out to Valet Daiquan he is exceptional at his job and its clear he enjoys doing it. His ability to go above and beyond with customer service has mad our stays memorable.

My friend and I stayed here during our road trip and had a lovely time! Service was great, breakfast was good, and valet was speedy (Mykala and Chris were really nice and helpful) 10/10 would recommend to a weary traveler.
