We have on our 11-week vacation used several military inns, lodges, and hotels. While they are not Embassy Suites, they are a great way to see the USA at great prices. Note: you have to be eligible to use these facilities, I. e. retired military. The rooms are comfortable and the services wonderful. Being on a military base you have...

The check-in was easy. Getting on base was easy as all we had to do was show ID's as retired military. The IHG hotel is on the left shortly after passing through the security gate on Montgomery street. A GPS shows it as much further down the street. The accommodations were very comfortable and the room very clean. The breakfast...

The front desk person at check in was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, nothing fancy. Breakfast in the morning was a little underwhelming, the usual fruit, yogurt, toaster waffles, danish, and then some grits in a crock pot. The morning workers were equally pleasant and helpful. For the price, I'd stay there again.

Terrific 3 day stay for our family. For the price, can't be beat. Clean, quiet, safe, comfortable. Nice beds. Microwave, fridge, coffee pot, iron, dresser, flatscreen tv in room. Motel layout. Simple breakfast provided, which is unexpected at the low room rate. Small exercise room with treadmill elliptical bike and dumbbells. Guest laundry. Two nice Webber gas grills available. Base...

My son just got back from tour overseas and it was a fun reunion. Desk staff where friendly. Nothing fancy in the lobby and the room need upgrading. Musty odor. Noisy as one could hear the children crying screaming and playing in the room several doors down.Had housekeeping one night in the four we spent there. Every thing is just...

This hotel is very nice, staff is very friendly and accommodating to those staying there. It made it easy for us to stay there since we are a military family and wanted to be close to our soldier. Breakfast was good every morning, it's close to the shopping area, not far from the airport/the historic area and Tybee Island.

I will come straight to the point with my review. The hotel and the room was very nice. The bed is comfortable and the room was besides a few minor things - very streaky mirror- clean. We had a lot of issues with our room key. On the first day in the afternoon around 4.30p we are unable to enter...

When I walked into the lobby it took a few minutes for the clerk to finish her texting before she could check me in. Things didn't improve much after that. The room was the very definition of basic although the bed was nice and soft just like I like it. The free breakfast was so minimal it was funny.

Expectations were low because the hotel is really the old Army one that the govt. sold out just a few years ago (or less).
