Hotel's Favourite
We stayed in the king patio suite and brought our two little dogs. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, the dogs even got a welcome goodie bag. Great location near the Riverwalk area and a 15 minute walk to the market place. A really cool historic building with lots of history. There is even a breakfast/lunch restaurant on the property in the basement.

While the room was clean and newly renovated, the vibe was still dark (curtains with cemeteries on them...really?). Also, parking was an issue. I had to walk around the corner to get to and from my car. Last, the construction next door made it more chaotic. I have been home for 2 days and I am still catching up on sleep.

From check-in to check-out, our stay was wonderful. We were a little early and the concierge put our suitcases and coats in our room so they were there when we got back from our walk through the Squares. Free parking, water, soda, complimentary glass of wine or beer each night - just a great experience throughout. Perfect location to see all of downtown Savannah!

Great room. Comfortable. Very quiet considering it's location. Minor issues like no where to hang garments, but definitely not a deal changer. Staff very friendly and helpful. Onsite restaurant and bar very good.

Historic Inn located in the heart of the historic district within a short walk of all the key sites. Furnishings matched the historic era of the building. Soaring ceilings made the large room seem even more spacious. Friendly, helpful staff. Provided vouchers for the attached bar as well as free beverages in the lobby. Daily delivery of Savannah popcorn was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend the East Bay Inn.

This was a very pleasant and stately environment. The touch of antiques is an added bonus to the history. This hotel is close to great restaurants and offers a 15% discount in many businesses. Complimentary wine each evening is a fine way to end the day.
