Easily the best food experience I’ve ever had! If you can stand it, opt for the Savannah Experience which serves you 5 courses! They will ask your food preferences and sensitivity prior to your reservations; and then cater the 5 courses to your liking. Plus, you get a tour of the mansion after the meal. Prepare to spend a few hours here for that. The service was also top notch.
We are leaving today. We tried all night and morning to get coffee, towels, shampoo and conditioner. No one was at the front desk. No one answered the phones. When a man, Raynard, was at the front desk he was inattentive, unhelpful, and rude. He did not want to be bothered. I did not pay for this sort of treatment.
I had the best time at the Mansion. From the complimentary bicycles to the vivid decor to the historic hotel tour and glorious artwork...it is beyond words. The Mansion did mess one thing up: I specifically booked the Kessler Suite for my fiancee's birthday and I called beforehand to ask if there was a soaking tub in the suite, as the other rooms seemed to have one. They told me yes. This was very important to me. When I arrived, it was clear there was no soaking tub. I told this to Toraya who was at the front desk. She was profusely apologetic and she made the issue right. Not only did she comp some of our suite cost but when we got back to the room, she had arranged for there to be strawberries along with a bucket of champagne. To say the southern hospitality was at 100% would be an understatement. Toraya for the win! Somebody give this lady a raise and some extra PTO. She was a gem and really made our whole stay wonderful. She even gave us her personal recommendations for great things to do that are less touristy and more of what the locals do. Throughout our 4 days in Savannah, she checked on us to make sure we were happy and doing well. She was fantastic. I've recommended 6 other families to stay at this location because of her and the gorgeous decor inside the property. 3 have already booked and it's only been about a month and a half since we left. Hey upper management at the Mansion at Forsyth: don't you ever let Toraya go! One more thing: the location of the Mansion is ideal. It's right across the street from beautiful Forsyth Park.…
The Mansion is a beautiful high end boutique hotel within walking distance to Jones St., Broughton St., and the River. Very clean and comfortable. The hotel is filled with beautiful art and sculptures throughout. The decor is breathtaking. There is also a quaint courtyard and a 5 star spa. It was so lovely to be welcomed by cheerful Melissa and Charlie in reception, followed later by our sweet waitress Sierra. Amazing staff with great personalities. We also were very happy to see the staff wearing masks and respecting customer safety. I loved all the amenities and the delicious morning coffee. This hotel does not miss a beat! Highly recommend this beautiful gem. Look no further. Thank you so much to all for such a wonderful stay! See you again!
What a wonderfully clean, comfortable and elevated hotel/resort. Does not disappoint! The rooms are very comfortable and the staff go out of their way to ensure that you have no worries. Well worth the price tag! Whether staying with the family, friends, couples retreat or even by yourself….Highly recommend!
