Perfect location! Great omelette breakfast! Clean and considerate. Special Thx to Anneka and the great valet service worth every penny esp in the rain!!! Can’t wait to return Great authentic southern foods in the area too.
When I tell you this place is amazing anytime you go to Savannah downtown you must stay here. I had an issue with the Doubletree across the street by Hilton which is by the way partner companies are partner hotels if you don't know long story short I didn't end up staying there and every case is different but I must point out that the front office manager Kristianna D was amazing she made up for every mistake that they had made I won't go into great details because like I said every situation is different but before you stay in any hotel you must stay at this hotel we actually ended up being upgraded if you want to call it that I'm to a suite and we originally had just a standard two queen room in the Doubletree however she went out her way to make sure everything was correct she even asked if she can have at least 2 hours to double check the room and to make sure every issue that we had at the other hotel was perfect at this hotel. The general manager of food and beverage also I do apologize that I did not get his name but he gave us breakfast for the morning and it was amazing my son loves those waffles and he can stop talking about those now I have to see how I can top their breakfast at home. From now on this will be our family hotel anytime we go to Savannah Georgia thank you thank you thank you again you made what could have been an even worse trip into an even better trip you guys rock. …
The hotel is conveniently located in the car, if you want to drive historic district of Savannah. It sparkles and shines inside. We had a corner, with a bedroom and separate sitting area. The linens were nice, towels were large. The bed was comfortable and we were on the 4 th floor but we heard traffic all night long. It sounded like we were homeless sleeping on the corner so rather than sleep through the night I periodically dozed. We were unable to connect to their WI-FI but didn’t ask the front desk about it because we had great cell coverage. The breakfast is an additional charge and is very nice. They only serve bacon on Saturday and Sundays though. We parked using valet parking ($42?/night) with the hotel. It was inside and safe. There is an outdoor lot nearby. It is not quite as expensive but no in and out with your car if you want to drive somewhere. We were only at the hotel for 2 nights and were able to walk everywhere. I gave the hotel only 4 stars because of the expensive parking and the road noise. I’m sure if we had flown into town ít would be 5 stars.…
Excellent service overall. We were in town for a wedding. The exceptional service from the valet team (Jeromy) allowed us to access our car quickly and make it on time to the various wedding events over the weekend.
Valet Parking was great and convenient. Out valet Anneka was nothing but amazing ! Thank you. We appreciate you. Had a great experience. She was nothing but nice and helpful. She is the best! Thank you!
I recently stayed at this location for a work trip. Being a diamond member I frequent Hilton hotels and stay all over the country. The associates at this location are the reason why I stay loyal to the Hilton brand. In fact they are quite possibly the most amazing group of associates I have ever encountered! From the moment we arrived Ebony and Chelsea were the first of many who made us feel right at home. In the morning we had breakfast, Yolanda was remarkable! It felt as though we'd know her for years. We never had to ask for a thing. Marcelo and Barbara (who apparently were visiting from the doubletree that day to work) were OUTSTANDING. They would stop at nothing to be sure we were taken care of. This wasn't just a fluke! This happened each morning we stopped for breakfast. Each time we came in and out of the hotel we were welcomed back. Welcomed backed as if we were home. For five day they did indeed make us feel like we were at home. Thank you for employing such an amazing group of associates. THEY are what makes a brand like HILTON great! This hotel was extremely clean and has a fantastic location! You can park your car and not move it again the entire time you are there. Already planning my next trip back!…
We enjoyed staying at this first class Hilton! The location is perfect for walking to the restaurants and sights in historic Savannah. The staff was friendly and helpful. The all you can eat breakfast was excellent each day and worth the sixteen dollars! They always had several meats and other items including biscuits and gravy daily. I have eaten a lot of waffles at various hotels, but they have the best make your own crunchy crust waffles around. The only inconvenience was the one elevator that was out of service, but they did their best to accommodate everyone. Our room, 505, had a balcony and a beautiful view of the bridge and river. Parking runs about $45 extra which is normal for any of the hotels in this part of town. Make a reservation today and enjoy this great hotel !
I would stay away from this property. I had a very bad experience with feather pillows ( asthma) and the GM outright lied and said” we don’t carry feather pillows) had no idea that after 1 hour housekeeping exchanged them out. He emailed me to say we make mistakes. Go to the Hampton or another Hilton property
Checked in on Wednesday on way to Orlando for the holidays. I am a diamond member. We booked a corner 1 br suite. He gave us 2206 I asked if there were another corner suite on a higher floor or not on W Bay St. He stared at his computer and said he couldn't tell if there were any. We were tired after driving 6 hours and said ok and went up to our room. The all-night traffic noise was overwhelming. We barely slept. The staff at this hotel were great from bartender to valet parking I would only stay here if I were assured a room away from W Bay St.
Mel helped us as we arrived. He helped us get our stuff out of the car and into our room. The hotel is nice clean and has a great location. Parking is valet only but doesn’t seem to be an issue. They are very accommodating. If you have been to Savannah you know parking around the historic district is at a premium.
