It was in the heart of the city about a block away the from the city market and 2 blocks from river street what more could you ask for. The room was clean and the staff was amazing . Jeanette was a blessing to me and my family she helped with valet and got us to our rooms with no...

The folks that manage the breakfast area - especially Micki - were very friendly. The area was very well stocked and clean. The valets were great as were the reception desk employees. It was close to River St so we were able to walk everywhere I would definitely recommend this hotel

For the price we paid I am very disappointed. I requested a balcony room facing the river. I got a room with no balcony facing an alley. The room was very small and we could not adjust the temperature properly, either it was freezing or it was so hot we couldn't stand it. No happy medium. When we arrived in...

It was my retirement week and my children had put up a sign. The housekeeper noted that and left me a little gift and a card signed by the staff. I thought this was fantastic. I told them at the front desk what a nice gesture this was. Stayed four nights. Very quiet. The workers are so polite.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and found the room quite comfortable, good mattress and pillows. Liked that it had a Kuerig machine in room, along with a refrigerator. Asked for a quiet room and were put in a room away from the street, which was indeed quiet. Had a view of the bridge & river. Downside would be there...

Great spot, within a few minutes walking distance to the City Market. To answer a previous post someone stated about valet parking. The Holiday Inn website clearly states (on main page - under Shuttle/Valet) that parking is extra $28.00 a day. This charge should not surprise you. Most hotels in/around Savannah historic area do charge for parking. But you can...

Close by to city market, river street and historic section. Had a restaurant we didn't use. Valet parking that you pay for or you have to find a spot on the street. Not knowing the area we opted for the valet but surprised at this extra cost hotel does not validates parking. Also when we were checking in $100 additionally...

About 50 of us stayed here for three nights and the customer service was amazing! Henry on the waitstaff always had a smile on his face and was happy to take care of our requests.
