My son recently graduated from SCAD so I hosted my extended family at the Broughton Street guest house. We used the main house and the guest house... They were both absolutely charming and perfect in every way. They were clean and well stocked, we had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect for walking to just about anywhere...

Each year a group of us (9-10 women, all Canadians except 1) make it a priority to plan a girls' getaway for 5 days. This year, we chose Savannah. We stayed in a beautiful home in the historic district, close to downtown. Both the main house and guest house were fabulous! The home is decorated with period furniture and accessories....

The Broughton Street House was the perfect location for our annual trip to this year’s Savannah Stopover. We (three couples) rented both the house and the carriage house which gave us plenty of space, especially since one of the couples ended up snowed in and never was able to join us! It is beautifully decorated and very clean, and has...

Wonderful place to stay. Within very easy walking distance of everything in historic Savannah. The garage was a little tricky, and if you have a large car, I would recommend just parking on the street. Parking is free on the weekends right in front of the house. Rooms were very comfortable and the house was spacious. We were there for...

Last year we rented a home from Savannah Villas to celebrate my daughter's wedding weekend, and this year we rented again, for her baby shower weekend! The Broughton Carriage House and the O'Conner house were perfectly located, beautifully decorated, and finely maintained. The owners are so helpful and friendly, and make the rental, check-in, and check-out process seamless. I will...

Broughton House and the Carriage House provided an fantastic setting for us to relax and enjoy each others company and Savannah. The main house is decorated with period pieces but also has updated kitchen and bathrooms. The spacious kitchen and good size dining...

My daughter and I stayed at the Broughton Carriage House while she waited to get into her SCAD dorm. We love staying with Savannah Villas. After a long day of orientation or shopping we'd come back to air-conditioned rooms where we could spread out and relax. If we were hungry we could quickly make a bite to eat in the...

I rented the main house and the carriage house for a girls weekend (9 of us btw 27-34 year olds), and it could not have been more perfect! Everything was very clean and it was well decorated with Savannah charm. The kitchens in both houses were updated, clean and well equipped. The patio outside and large dining room table were...

I can't say enough nice things about this place. I rented the main house for our annual girls' trip to Savannah. The house was located within walking distance of River Street, City Market, and most all the places you want to see. The house made you feel at home from the time you open the door. Although we did not...
