Met up with family here for the annual Tour of Homes. The rooms were wonderful and the staff could not have been more patient. We had a couple issues (user problem, not hotel problem) and they were great about getting things back on track. Location could not have been better. We parked our car when we arrived and did not...

Nice hotel; rooms decent although I don't know why they don't have mini-fridges in rooms; helpful & pleasant concierge; easy valet parking but on busy checkout mornings they do need more than one person retrieving all the cars!!!! OK location but still needed a nice walk to get to the "meat" of the historic area.

Arrived around 4pm. It took over 30 minutes to get checked in. No one was there at the valet to help with the car. There were no luggage carriers and the motel help didn't offer to find one. I have to say the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever been in. The bedding was super quality. Other...

First time we've been to Savannah. It was a wonderful time and it all started with the B. The lobby of the hotel is gorgeous. Made me feel like we were paying double what we really were. Our bed was heavenly and so was the pillows. They even have Aveeno toiletries. Toilet paper was soft and the TV was huge....

Pros: good location, nice building and restaurant with friendly staff. My experience: read the other reviews and parked in the garage across the street, good call. Reserved a 2 queen room, was given 1 king, had 3 people. Asked to change and was assured they were cleaning rooms and could accommodate. After waiting 3 hours was told they actually overbooked...

We stayed at this hotel for several nights with our baby. We requested a crib and got one. The problem wasn't the crib but the inadequacy of the sheets. They didn't provide crib sheets. They left a large flat sheet meant for a queen sized bed, leaving the sheet loose. As most parents are aware, this is a SIDS risk...

The name is simple, but love how they can tie it in to anything about the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Location was a block from Pulaski square historical district. Walking distance to a few restaurants and Forsyth park. We parked the car and walked our entire stay. The views are a parking garage...

Recently visited Savannah for a long Birthday weekend and stayed here. Was not overly impressed with this property. Lobby is nice and the rooms were fine, looked a little tired and dirty in some areas, but overall it was okay. When we arrived on Friday, the man checking us in was very friendly and nice, we thought this would be...
