Great staff, room, location, and restaurant. The 17hundred90 Inn and restaurant has a convenient location within walking distance to all sites of historic downtown Savannah and River street. Not your normal everyday hotel. We will stay here again in the future.

The attached photo of a flower arrangement on our table at the 1790 Restaurant in Savannah pretty much summarizes our recent visit. We ate here a few years ago and had a pretty good experience; so when planning a return visit this spring, we decided to stay at the Inn. We made a reservation through Expedia for Room 107. The...

Having dinned at 1790 three years ago we were excited to try it this time while staying at the inn. We got off to a great start when we checked in with the hostess walking me to the parking lot to be sure we had a place to park and unload. Since parking is at a premium in Savannah this...

We chose this inn for the location, free breakfast and free parking and it didn't disappoint us. Location is great. You can walk everywhere from here. River street is a short distance away as are the city squares. Savannah is a very walkable city and this inn is in the middle of it. We stayed there on Saturday and Sunday...

The 17 Hundred 90 Inn is in a unique and beautiful historic building. While my room was pretty and clean enough, because my window faced onto the hallway (and not the outside world), the room was somewhat dark and claustrophobic. A nice continental breakfast is served in a charming, cellar level restaurant.

The Inn is located in the historic district and was an easy walk to most of the places on our must-visit list. The inn itself has rooms in the main building (which also is the location of the 17 Hundred 90 restaurant, one of Savannah's best) as well as rooms in a guest house, steps away from the main building....

Thank you for the eloquently written review. And yes, we are family owned. But did you intend to rate us just one star? That reads more like a 4 or 5 star review.

When you show up to check in with an oversized suitcase with a mannequin's legs partially sticking out and the immediate response is "we don't ask questions here", you know found the perfect inn for lots of fun!!! Room was spectacular (202), breakfast was excellent and the hippie juice was loved by all! Also, central to all of Savanah -...

My husband and I stayed at this Inn on 28 Feb 2017 on our way to Florida. This is an old brick Inn with excellent service, especially from Grumpy. He helped us with our luggage and gave us tips on what to do and where to eat. There are two buildings. One with the bar and restaurant and rooms. We...

We stayed in room 315 around the corner in a lane from the inn. We arrived before check-in time to drop off our bags before walking around the city. The staff was so nice and welcoming. We were quickly introduced to 'grumpy,' the inn keeper (don't let his name scare you, he is the type of gentlemen you immediately want...

We booked a stay with Patrick, the Inn Keeper. It was just perfect! It was like visiting family, everyone was so warm and welcoming, the Inn was cozy with relaxing areas, and charm. We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and we were also in the infamous St Patrick Day Parade. The room was beautiful, immaculate and wanted for nothing! We...
