The main inn is quaint and charming , with excellent and attentive staff throughout. The breakfasts were imaginative, the bar had a good value menu and plenty of atmosphere. All this was great. But the standard of housekeeping and overall maintenance, particularly in the Annex across the street, was deplorable. We were in room 307. To reach it required going...

The people who work here made our stay wonderful. Unfortunately, we only stayed for the night, but even in that short time we were shown incredible hospitality and kindness by the staff. The room itself was beautiful and truly felt like stepping back in time. Little did we know when we booked, the inn is notorious for its being haunted....

We stayed in the third floor of the guest house and loved having a whole floor to ourselves including a parlor. The location was great and we parked once and found getting around on foot to be quite easy. We loved the light breakfast provided in the morning to get us going.

the hotel was about half block long and only 2 stories no elevator and the stairs were only about 2 feet wide but what away to stay the night the room was big with a big canopy bed. the parking is very very tight. this hotel was within walking distance of the water front. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed two nights, 3/2/17 and 3/3/17. Room was quaint, clean, staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Walking distance to many Savannah attractions. We also dined in the restaurant and that was very good as well. GREAT STAY

First time staying in Savannah and it was the perfect vacation. Came down for a weekend and stayed at the 17hundred90 inn. It was perfect walking distance to River street, our room was in a building right by a park. Great room; very comfortable bed! Staff was very nice! We will be staying here again.

3rd stay at 17 Hundred 90 Inn Definitely a great place especially if your looking a real Savannah experience historically speaking. Staff at hotel is great very accommodating. Well known and very popular restaurant on site A real bar also...it has a local flavour to it reminiscent of "Cheers" I highly recommend room 207.

Friendly, easy walking access and more room space than expected--lovely decor. Also, they have a restaurant on sight--breakfast was excellent! An added plus was the gentleman who helped us carry our bags and would not accept a gratuity. Southern hospitality!
