We stayed for a couple of nights. We were in room 301, which we found out upon arrival is across the street in their guest house (sounds like all the rooms in the 300's are over there). With our room we had a private parking spot and a courtyard out back. The hotel was older but still nice. We had...

We chose this hotel for my birthday dinner. It is named for the year the inn was built. The restaurant was on the ground floor and the ambience was very special. Brick walls, beamed ceilings, old fireplaces, chandeliers. Very cozy but not stuffy. There was a piano player which added nicely to the feel. The food wraps very good! Shrimp...

I read the reviews on this place and thought, "why not?" Such a disappointment. I wanted to stay in a century (or older) building, and yes, this was it, but once you're up on the 2nd floor (which is considered the 1st), you'll see down the hallways how unkempt this place is. When I got into my room, I truly...

From when we first arrived and saw our room, it was a perfect stay! The room was lovely, the people who run the Inn were so nice, very friendly but efficient; Gillian was lovely, so helpful and friendly. The location is great, central to everywhere and easy to walk round Savannah. Ghost tours pass regularly of an evening and we had...

We only stayed one night but will definitely return. We were in room #303 which is on the third floor of a guest house not too far from the inn. Along with the bedroom, there was a sitting room with small fridge and coffeemaker and a large bathroom with shower and tub. The furnishings were period pieces and so quaint....

The staff was very friendly but our room was a true treasure! We stayed in the guesthouse in room #302 and it was overflowing with character! The original artwork on the ceiling was beyond amazing! After checking out we were heading to our car and one of the staff members chased me down to give me a very special portrait...

How did we not know about this Inn? The history alone makes it special. And the check in service was exceptional. A man called "Grumpy" (but he is anything but) insisted on helping with all our luggage, and there was a lot for our 3 week journey. We were in the guesthouse, maybe half a block away and he did...

The room was wonderful! The fireplace was so romantic and the four poster bed with the drapes was so cozy. We stayed in room 102, no spooky things going on but it was an amazing stay nonetheless. Chris at the front desk was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! We ate at the restaurant for dinner one time and the food...

We had lunch at this Historical Restaurant and really enjoyed the charm. I had a fried green tomato BLT and it was delicious! The iced tea was fresh and tasty. Our waiter was very personable and helpful, telling us the history of the restaurant.

Our stay in the 17 Hundred 90 Inn was far too short: each room was uniquely decorated, both in the main house and in the annex and we felt totally at home. The breakfasts were scrumptious and freshly prepared, with fruit and homemade baked goods. The bar on the ground floor caters to locals and the two female bartendes had...
