Just what we were looking for when visiting our daughter at nearby Hamilton College. Gracious host, gorgeous house, sublime breakfast. We stayed in the Sussex Room and thoroughly enjoyed its old-fashioned comfort (and the marble, walk-in shower).

We have three rooms available for the dates you have requested; two have en-suite bathrooms and one has a private bathroom just across the hall. One room features a queen bed, one a double bed [the en-suite rooms] and one has a pair of twin beds. We do not have air conditioning but all the rooms have fans.
Rates are &110.00 per night for the queen room, $95.00 per night for the double room, and $85.00 per night for the twin room. All include a full breakfast.
